South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

His blue-green gaze shifted to the young woman beside him at the repetition of his name, his features all together placid as he watched the woman in front of him. It was difficult for him to associate with others in general. Alexander had lost so much over the years that sometimes, it hardly seemed worth it at all to even bother getting to know others. They too would be gone in what seemed like a blink of an eye. He sees his inquiry cause a drastic shift within the young huntress and for a brief moment a frown graces his lips. He understood, to a point, all too well what she was experiencing. Rather, he had observed it countless times in others. The way at which their harsh lifestyle ate away at them till they could no longer bare it. Guilt for lives taken was, fortunately for him, not a trait Alexander held well. Certainly he felt sorry for the lives he had extinguished but, as history had shown, life was hardly kind to those kind to it. There was no point to weep any longer for the countless faces he'd put into the ground, much less for the ones around him that too had met their demise (although it was perhaps these that affected him the most). "You're not meant for this life." He commented softly, his gaze shifting from the young woman to the foliage beneath him. His fingertips toyed at the ground under him, "It will eat you alive if you keep it up like this."

Alexander knew she would likely not heed his advice, just as he equally knew he was more likely to offend her then anything else. Despite this, he was still attempting to let her know that her life hardly needed to revolve around what she was, what she had become. There was surely more to her then her ability to kill - just as there was more to him then that. He watched her curl up, her arms wrapping around her slender figure and softly the man found himself sighing. It had been...too long since he'd played the role of comforter and she was a complete stranger. At the very least, she had gauged him correctly. Loyalty was by far one of his more predominate traits, although of late it seemed a difficult thing to earn. Hesitantly the male shifted, settling closer towards the woman just enough that the fabric of their jeans touched. It was his way of being there without intruding into the independent aura that protruded so radiantly from the young woman. For a while, he was content to simply sit there, letting the female go through her grieving without interruption. "It's fine." He replied simply, his head tilting back as his blue-green eyes traced the hue of the clouds, he was waiting, patiently in fact, as she did her best to pull herself back together and only once he was certain that she was relatively okay did the hunter bother to move.

Slowly, Alexander stood to his feet, pausing only to turn around and offer the woman his hand. "Well...lets see what kind of mess we have to clean." He stated simply. He could tell she needed help and rather then simply offering it (knowing all too well she'd deny it), Alexander chose to merely subject the young hunter to his presence for the day. "Lead the way." He offered simply. She seemed to prefer to keep to herself, to be self-sufficient and he certainly wasn't about to shatter that illusion, instead playing into whatever concept the spirited woman had built of herself, even if he could see through that exterior to the gentle creature hidden oh so deep within - the one that felt remorse for the lives she took.
