South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

Maeve, the fair skinned fae child with those pale locks that look as if they were made of liquid sunshine, finds herself laughing so much with the fae man with hissed baritones. He says silly things that brighten that purple gaze of hers that stands stark against that pale, wise face of hers. Suddenly she is eagerly nodding her head along with him, her face so bright and radiant as happiness floods her. "Yeah, we could make them do pirouettes, and tondues, and chaines turns," the little dove says, laughter peeking through startling eyes of violet. The petite child so freely laughing, as that hand falls away and as she sits here with a man she so barely knows but who is so quick to jump to her side and believe the words she says.

But then she is sitting there in her chair, crawling into the walls she had constructed around herself to protect herself so many years ago as she peers out of them at Andras with violet eyes. The foster system had never been accepting of children like Maeve and if he took her back, she didn't know how much longer she could last, she didn't know how much her heart could take. But he says words she has never heard before, even when police officers had found her, they had said they were sorry and they needed to return her, they did not treat her as such. Still, the girl is skeptical, she has been tricked before. "Really?" She says, watching him with purple eyes that look for any sign of falsehood. Those same purple eyes then flicker downwards at her fair skinned hands. "I don't want to go back, please," says the child with pale golden locks. "Why are they scared of me?" She asks Andras, almost horrified. She could never imagine being a creature that people would fear. Maeve always tried to be a kind child, one that showed manners and respect. Golden haired Maeve would never wish someone to fear her or cower in her presence. "They are scared because I am a fairy?" She asks then, looking up at him with multifaceted eyes, wondering how this could possibly be true.

A smile spreads across pale features with the arrival of pancakes, strange violet eyes turning into satellite dishes as the plate is placed in front of her. The golden haired girl was not accustomed to such treats, especially given to her by another. And Andras looks at her, devoid of an accusing glare saying 'I spent my money on you, child,' a thought that comforts her greatly as she digs in. After swallowing a bite she joins him in the snickering as he almost spits out his tea. "And they really are delicious," Maeve says happily, that pale face ever so bright with her enjoyment, a gentle smile seemingly glued to that pretty face of hers.

She is unaware of the danger that her powers could potentially hold for her. Maeve has seen her powers of persuasion as something that helped her survive. The golden haired girl does not know that hunters or even humans would jump at the chance of capturing her. Maeve does not realize how lucky she has been. "Okay," she says with a shrug as she takes another bite of pancake, tucking a strand of hair like pale gold behind that delicately pointed ear. But these next words, there is a sense of a serious tone in Andras's voice. She puts down her fork wiping her face with a napkin before turning lilac eyes towards him, absorbing ever single word he said. But he smiles, and that is reassuring. He says things she does not expect, things she could never imagine he would say to her. Somnia. Faerie children. Teachers. Live with. Take care of. She feels a rush to her head and even dizzy for a moment. The golden haired fae child is unsure if suddenly she has been dreaming this entire time. "What?" Is all she manages to say when he finishes speaking, clearly, the child was in shock. "There is a place, for people like me and you?" She asks, coming around to the idea and that she was not imagining the words he had just spoken. She tilts her head downwards in thought, golden strands of hair drifting downwards as well, ticking her face. But then a smile grows, because she feels a warmth in her heart she hasn't felt in so long, and it feels so good and she knows a way to never let it end.

The blonde then gets up from her seat to stand upon slender, pale limbs, and even in those short couple steps she moves with some inhumanly grace. She comes to stand before him blinking once, those dark lashes falling over her eyes for a brief moment. Then, in an instant, she falls into him, wrapping her arms around him and burying her head into his chest. "Please, I want to live with you," she says in that gentle voice. She stays there for just a moment before pulling away, a smile upon that delicate face. "I don't want to be alone anymore."
