He seemed intrigued when she mentioned being with a coyote pack. Apparently he thought she meant Were's. She spoke of raiding and he seemed surprised. She rolled her eyes. "It's hardly noteworthy when you're eating to survive. That's all they knew. Scavengers. I had to teach them different." She was proud of bringing the coyote pack into the life, making them into predators again. They probably were back to their old ways without her though. He started to get it, though, asking if it was actual coyotes and she nodded. Then he asked how long she lived with them and she shrugged. "Most of my life. From puphood to just a year ago or so." When he mentioned being too hot in his human form not to shift back, she laughed with a yipping bark. She probably wouldn't have minded his former pack too much, since she was always more comfortable in her Were form. She'd been working on that same comfort in her human form, though. It was a work in progress. He told her she'd have to check out his human form sometime and she couldn't help but smirk. "Guess I will." She said with a wink. He admitted that bacon was his favorite food and she took that as a good sign as she took off after the wild boar's trail. It wasn't too long before she found them and went in for the attack. She was trying to motion to him that he was to take out the piglets but he hesitated. Her ears went back. She didn't want to take her full attention off of the raging boar but she kept glancing at him. What was the big deal? Killing baby animals was all part of living to her. Suddenly he shouted at her about getting a real steak and said it was his treat. She growled and lunged at the boar one last time, dancing out of reach before launching herself right over its back and racing toward Marcelo. "Fine, but first you gotta outrun the boar." She grinned as she took off past him, knowing the boar was right on her heels. |
