The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.
The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better
The englishman's crystalline gaze never once left the auburn haired vampire. Her feminine features seemed so demure - so dainty and jaded as if she'd singlehandedly seen and fought off the very depths of hell. His acute attention was wholly devoted to the young woman, his head tilting ever so slightly to the side as he silently observed the suspicion that laced her every movement. He hardly allowed her a moment to indulge in such conjecture, his fingertips reaching out to brush against her porcelain flesh in an almost reassuring gesture. He hardly expected the reaction he received, her womanly figure cringing from her touch as if the concept of benevolence was entirely lost upon her, as if it was a foreign concept all together. Such affection was the basis of his entire life. It would be wrong to say that his tenderness was fictitious in any fashion - however the man was hardly the kind to be there the next morning, often stealing away just hours before his own daily ritualistic death. Commitment was by no means Sebastian's forte but for those few hours he was nothing but an ardent and luscious during that time he offered them...during the time he offered her.
Sebastian watched her gaze shift to the couple he'd motioned towards, the ones still too engaged within each other to give the pair of ghosts even the passing of glances. He could see the hint of longing deep within the depths of her eyes. He could sense the overwhelming desire of what it seemed that the girl had never once had. It was that realization that drew the man to motion, his affinity reaching out to modify such a subtle chemical reaction to something far more favorable to what he could only assume was both of them. He could see the fashion at which her taunt form began to loosen as she leaned against the tree that had previously been her sanctuary. It was this reaction he was looking for, the one that provides the tell tale sign that it was time to make his move. It is with complete confidence that Sebastian leans forward to press his lips against hers in what he could only hope to ignite enough of a desire to assuage whatever concerns dwindled within the girl. He could feel the astonishment within her bodice though it too is short lived till she gave into his touch, her form slowly falling against his, her fingers raising to brush against his flesh.
For a brief moment, Sebastian allowed himself the small victory before it was ripped away from him, the girl retreating back to her tree. His attentive eyes fall upon her, watching her, inquisitive almost when it seemed so very assured that this was she craved. The whisper of her delicate voice held a subtle lace of venom to them but Sebastian was hardly concerned with it's presence. Instead, the corners of his lips twisted into something akin to a smile as he stepped forward, quite purposefully ensuring that he remained within her personal bubble. He leaned towards her again but this time his lips failed to find hers. "You're still here." He stated simply, as if it was by far the most obvious of answers. Had she truly desired him to be gone - she would have been, she would have shoved him roughly away with all the vigor that their species was capable of. Instead, he reached out, his fingers brushing through her ruby locks, "Why do you deny what you want?" He inquired softly, "Hm, Angel?"
