The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The bizarre attire of the young woman passing her garnered all of the unicorn's attention, her woes on her continually failed hunt for a certain ivory stallion were put aside in favor of her limitless curiosity when it came to modern fashion. For several moments, she simply watched the young girl with her odd clothing with a near critical stare, only for her gaze to shift to her surroundings. She didn't exactly anticipate finding anyone of value capable of assisting her in her momentary conundrum - at least until the sight of an elderly witch gave her some semblance of hope. She called out to the woman at the bench beside her, standing up in the process to approach the elderly witch as she pointed to the clothing item that was the source of her confusion. A clear look of expectation crossed her features as she watched the woman pause in her attempt to bite the sandwich half unwrapped within her hands. The witch's head tilted to the side as she eyed the young girl Aislinn had directed her attention to, clearly considering exactly what she wished to call that...obscure clothing item. Was it so bizarre that even it was abnormal in modern society? A small frown traced Aislinn's features in consideration as she glanced back towards the girl who had sense passed them and was continuing her way down the path and around the corner - almost out of view.
It was the sound of the elderly woman's voice that drew Aislinn's gaze back towards her smiling features. "Overalls...?" She softly repeated the word with furrowed brows, committing the fashion trend to memory. This was the first time she had seen any such...overalls. Were they a normal thing? The witch's assertion that even they were too short, however, only further baffled the young woman as a small frown crossed her fair features. It was almost a relief, really, that she wouldn't be expected to resort to showing quite so much of her legs to the unsuspecting public. Aislinn wasn't a particularly shy girl, not after so many years and so many lovers, but she had become accustomed to certain societal expectations that had seemingly dissipated overnight in her self imposed isolation that had lasted perhaps a touch too long. "Then they are supposed to be longer? Are these...overalls...very....fashionable?" She inquired, hoping that she wouldn't be expected to wear what she thought to be a most ridiculous article of clothing.
Aislinn watched as the woman in front of her moved her belongings across the bench, freeing one side in what was clearly a gesture to allow the Unicorn to join her, unspoken though it was. The offer was one she graciously accepted, her dress tucked neatly beneath her as she perched with all the poise and grace expected of a woman - at least in days long past. The impossibly bright blue of her gaze shifted to the crowd passing naively in front of them as the Witch requested she keep from making such a scene. A small frown crossed the girl's features again and yet, this one was fleeting as the Unicorn signed in resignation. "That is fair." She responded, the crinkling of the woman's sandwich wrapper garnering her attention before a far more interesting query left the elderly woman's lips. Ah! What a keen observation! This, Aislinn was sure, was precisely why she liked witches. "Neither." She admitted before a soft laugh fell from her lips, "I was in Mongolia before this, on the open plains, and the Amazons before that...and Costa Rica for a long while. The world has changed a great many times over. I'm still...adjusting."
