South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

TOBIAS & NADYA :: the sharpest lives are the deadliest to lead

It had been far longer then Tetradore cared to admit since the trio could truly be called a "pack". Their connection had been severed over the years, progressing slowly to becoming fractured at best with only Tobias connected to him in any kind of fashion. The lifetime he'd spent under Risque's watchful eye had finally come to an end and with it came the chance to regain what he had truly wanted his entire existence. Although he had tried not to linger long within Isolt's apartment, the building had become a sort of home for them, one which they all seemed to accept in such vastly different ways. Tobias, he could tell, was far too restless to enjoy the sanctuary they had created around themselves and though Nadya seemed to enjoy finally having a roof over her head and hot water running through the pipes, Tetradore couldn't help the distinct feeling that he was an unwelcome presence in the abode. Though truly their gracious host had ever reason to hate him. It was such a lingering sensation and Tobias' particularly rambunctious behavior that evening that drove the were to drag them both from the house, hardly willing to tell them where he was taking them until the familiar sight of the tree line came into view.

He suspected that they had been able to guess his intent far before they actually got to the outskirts of town but it hardly mattered to him. At this moment, all that mattered was that soon the shift would overcome them and their connection would be solidified once more. He hardly paused as the stepped into the trees, instead continuing deeper into the grove until he found the smallest of clearings to provide them with the perfect place to let the change overcome them. It was only then that Tetradore allowed his emerald eyes to drift over his companions, an almost boyish simper crossing his masculine features as he eyed them. "Let's go hunting." He spoke simply, as if those simple words were all that was needed to explain his intent. Perhaps is was the alpha within him but the bond that existed between the three of them was perhaps one of the most important things he had.

He motioned for Tobias to follow him, leaving Nadya alone in the fashion that he usually did. With Tobias at his heels, the man began to peel his clothing off, depositing his shirt first, followed by pants and undergarments in a relatively neat pile at the base of the tree. See. He had learned something. Even if he cared little about the state of his clothes, he knew all too well that Nadya would throw a fit if they weren't all neatly together when their time within the forest came to an end. He hardly waited any longer then necessary before coaxing the shift in his figure, letting bones snap, muscles reconnect and flesh give way to a short ebony fur. The shift from man to feline always seemed to come easy to him. It was going back that took more effort. There was something comforting about that dark skin, a sanctuary he hadn't realized he'd missed. He attributed it, this desire to be feline over human, with the vampire that had been his mistress for so long. In truth, he was still getting used to this concept of freedom. His emerald eyes briefly touched over the figure of Tobias as the man settled upon his haunches, waiting for their shift and for the connection to be complete.
