The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better
The death of the young woman within his arms was mournful event at best. He found no pleasure from draining the last of her life from her limbs, even as his tongue ran over his lips. His crystalline blue gaze shifted down towards her, his eyes softening as he watched the light leave her. There was no joy in this feast, no sense of satisfaction deep within him. He didn't feel the same fleeting wholeness in her needless sacrifice. It was terrible. His gaze never once drifted from the girl until she was quite officially dead, until the blood no longer pulsed within her veins and with surprising gentleness, Sebastian leaned the girl against the edge of the fountain, his fingertips reaching forward to gingerly close the scared eyes that still stared up at him. "I cannot blame her." He replied after a moment to the childlike maker standing in front of him. "Everyone hunts in their own way. Everyone has their own tastes. For some...for her....this kind of hunting is not...fun. You did not fail her so much as accept who she was." There was a small shrug upon his shoulders as he tore his gaze from the carcass that so seemed to have a hold on him.
He stood, taking the moment to straighten his jacket, a small frown marring his features as he noted the drops of blood that had soiled his shirt. He'd forgotten how aggravating it was, having to feed with clothes on. Blood never completely was removable from fabrics, or maybe he simply wasn't good enough at doing the laundry. He was pulled from his momentary contemplations by the singsong voice of the child-vampire, her beaming smiling pulling only the fleeting glimpse of one from his lips. "Yes well...perhaps a different game next time." Sebastian replied simply, trying to steer any future fun away from the avenue he'd just experienced. If all outings with the vampire girl were going to be like this one, he might decide to make himself scarce...or perhaps stick to his bars in the downtown where she surely would not be present. It was a tempting prospect at the least, there was something about her that set him on edge. She was almost feral by his standards though he suppose worse things could be said about himself. At least his victims left his bed satisfied and, more importantly, alive.
