The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.
The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

and the stars in their orbits shone pale through the lightof the brighter, colder moon
One by one the shadows gave way to the various sizes and species of Weres that inhabited the city, each unable to refuse the draw of the moon and the perceived safety and freedom of the forest. Nadya was distrusting of the large species of canines that wrestled with Tobias, due more to the ingrained age old nature of feline versus canine. Even more so was her distrust when the one she-wolf grew in size to match that of their large feline forms, evening the playing field more should a fight ensue. She would step no closer no matter how comfortable Tobias seemed to be with the two, content to sit where she was, the tip of her long tail flicking against the ground in slight irritation. Her rounded ears pricked in attention at the sound of her brother's call, the edges of his own irritation evident in it which caused Nadya's golden eyes to search the shadows for him and what might be causing him displeasure. She found him alone on a low hanging branch and with no reason to be so gruff, a loud rumble of a purr like an engine starting up answering his call in hopes of calming his mood. "Come, sit with me."
Nadya's attention deviated from her brother to the slinking fox, her scent registering as familiar, tickling that memory center of her brain but not fully comprehending until the unfamiliar fox's mind licked out at her own, taking effort to find that line unlike the ease which she had with Tobi and Tetra. She recognized the tone though as the girl she had taken to coffee so didn't mind the small canine seeking safety closer to her. However, being in her feline form for majority of the day there were more...primitive instincts that became hard to control being in her animal form for so long.. "Squishy..." I shall call her Squishy and she shall be mine and she shall be my Squishy. Alexis' bushy tail was a source of immediate joy, her gaze following its movement like a darting mouse and hunkering down to lay on her stomach as if to pounce, one large paw swiping out to bat at the bushy appendage playfully. For a moment she had all but forgotten about the others around her, drawn from her 'Squishy' only when the spotted white pelt of the snow leopard joined the gathering, sidling up to Nadya as well. The snow leopard had been the source of a sore spot for Tobias and Tetra and the cause of her scuffle with Tobias which since then were quite a normal sight to see between the two. Nadya rolled onto her back, back paws curled up into her stomach with her front outstretched to the fox, her gaze flickering briefly to the snow leopard to acknowledge her presence. "Ezra..." The name rolls through her mind the same as the purrs that roll through her body, tasting the name and the thread of line to her mind. "You poked...the bear. Have to listen to Tetty, he is Alpha, we are Alphas...he is older. You are welcome though." The way that Nadya and Tetra had been raised may have been different but the source of their stubbornness ran deeper than upbringing to the very blood that ran through their veins. Both would never back down from a situation and would never take orders from another Were or any other species...even bending to the will of a mate was questionable at this time.
Finally Nadya ceased her play with the werefox's tail, rolling back onto her feet as Tobias approached, seating himself next to her as he introduced his new playmates. Nadya was still uninterested on approaching them and clearly not keen on Tobias inviting them closer to her and the snow leopard. His equal attention to her fox was also unwelcome, causing her purr to halt abruptly, eyes narrowing as Tobias intruded on their space. Claim was the only language her feral packmate understood and as such Nadya was forced to do so too at times. Whether Alexis cared to or not she had moved towards Nadya and thus submitted herself to whatever the blackened jaguar dished out, though her form of 'claim' was more protective in nature than Tobias' possessive form of it. Nadya's jaw parted and engulfed around the fox as a mother would to her cub, awkward in placement due to the larger frame of the fox compared to a cub but with just as much gentleness from a jaw power that could crush through skulls, scooping Alexis up and quickly moving closer to the snow leopards side. She didn't see a threat from Ezra to try and take her 'Squishy' as she did from Tobias and the wolves, setting Alexis down once she felt comfortable with the distance although her frame hovered over the fox to prevent not just any of the others to get to Alexis but from Alexis escaping as well.
It may have seemed odd had they been in human form, a young woman taking one older than herself but in feline form she was bigger and thus the dominant one. Nadya's tail whipped about in agitation, a low scoffing of a sound escaping her throat at Tobias' behavior towards Ezra. In her opinion he was teetering the line of a bully rather than an ignorant child lately. Nadya didn't have to follow him to know where he was going, off to question and sulk at her brother about his disappearances, the thread to him waning as the distance between them grew, causing Nadya to have to focus harder to keep track of him. She refused to move, unwilling to leave her Squishy unprotected or Ezra's side for fear that the larger canines would try to take them from her...or worse yet harm them. It was hard however as Tobias seemed to be such a handful to watch over, a seeming case of ADHD that had Nadya constantly picking up the pieces of his destruction lest he attract the attention of a dark hunter. While Nadya kept her stern gaze locked on the two lupines, she didn't have to see Tobias to know that he was getting into trouble and attempting to drag her brother down too, her mind lashed out at the two boys, "Leave it alone...not everything is food." That would be the way to get him, poison some meat or a prey animal and wait for the ever consuming Tobi to simply devour it without a second thought.
