The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

It comes with no surprise that Tobias would be irritated with the rock that knocked into his head. His annoyed yowl was quite a pleasing thing to here and a small satisfied smile appeared on her black lips. He deserved far more than a rock to the head, but she was sure she could punish him at another time for handcuffing her to his bed and suffering the horrendous embarrassment in her particular predicament. It was the scent of the kitten that had caught her attention. Curiosity, revulsion, and confusion had begun to surface and it was difficult for her to figure out which action she needed to take. Part of her wanted to run away finding the entire thing uncomfortable. In the crevice at the back of her darker side of mind laid a sinister thought that slowly crept forward, something to horrendous to even mention, and yet it wasn't hard to imagine what that disturbing idea was. Luckily those dangerous thoughts were doused by the familiar steady voice of the emerald eyed panther. Black skull lifted upwards as pained eyes followed, looking directly at the solid colored feline, mulling over his words. It made sense. Logically it did. But her instincts were still torn in two. One half believed that Tetradore spoke truthfully, that the cubs were important to the pack and everyone in the pack needed to take care of them â€" it was only natural. However, the other instinctual side believed that the cubs were a threat, they were her boyfriends' cubs with another and neither one were Alphas â€" for a wolf only Alphas were allowed to create life. Understandably it was a struggle. The familiar sound of Tobi calling for her was ignored, instead of coming any closer, her eyes narrowed as she glared at him. It wasn't his fault he didn't understand, but that didn't mean she wasn't allowed to feel the way she did.
The sudden sight of the obsidian tiger leaping from out of nowhere startled the mentally distressed lupine. Grey marked ears pricked forward in interest, as a slight flick of her tail was given as a friendly greeting, but those amethyst eyes did not stay on her for long. Confused her head would tilt to the side pondering as to why the tiger was acting so aggressive towards Tobias and Nadya. Nadya was never around the Ark so how Regan would know her in the first place, she could not figure that part out, and why the tiger was not pleased with the female panther she did not know. While Tetradore and Tobias blocked Regan's path towards the cubs, and the always absent Beta, she remembered the words her Alpha had told her earlier. Quietly she followed her friend, her form not threatening at all, her mind still mulling over the words 'care for them as a pack' and just what proper action needed to take place. Unaware of Nadya's mental attack her entire focus was on the male felines watching as the spotted one got up closer. It was interesting to see that he remained calm as he pressed himself against her side. Her own shoulder would slide up the other side of Regan, her shoulder pressing into her own as her muzzle pressed into her neck in a reassuring manner. As soon those familiar violet pools looked at her, she spoke softly, admitting her own struggle.
"It's hard for me too, but the cubs are pack."
Vocally she accepted the idea that the cubs were pack, but she did not want to be near them, or really, wanted anything to do with them. She did not trust herself or her other half, terrified should she lose complete control. Now that a bear had entered the scene she watched, puzzled, unsure if she was allowed to be here or not. Tetradore didn't seem concerned about the grizzly and so she watched silently as the bear took away the cubs. It did not surprise her that Nadya would play on her motherly instincts and attempt to rescue her cubs, but when she ordered Tobias around, she was greatly annoyed. Her presence was never around. She stuck far away from the Ark. Her scent was rare within the floating structure and why she continued to carry a rank that she did not act upon was puzzling. Kin or not Nadya did not act like a Beta at all. While Tobias decided to act on the panthers' words her attention would return to Regan. She rather enjoyed feeling Regan's warmth and it provided her a sense of comfort, shielding her from Tobias. She hoped Regan appreciated her form against hers, the two getting along so well, both from a troubled past that neither one had ever felt the need to explain. There was just simple understanding and that was all that mattered. There was no mistaking the tension within the air, her eyes traveled towards the one that seemed to be radiating with tension, her ears twitching as she heard the panther's offensive and annoyed comment. A very soft whimper was emitted as her ears folded back in an apologetic manner. Looking to Regan she vouched for the tiger's stable mind.
"I don't think you are feral."
Being feral was a terrible thing. It was a difficult...ailment that she had suffered ever since her puppyhood. Unable to control herself she was capable of doing abhorrent things, one of them was killing her entire pack, and it was a dark stain that could never be cleaned. Raven didn't know why she was cursed with it, but over the years she learned to accept it and dealt with it as best as she could. Luckily she hadn't had any accidents while here. Alexis remained unharmed. Tobias kept her from killing an innocent boy. So far she hadn't lost herself to other pack members and it was quite a pleasing thing to be proud of. Yet it would happen, and when it did, she was afraid to see the actions her new pack would take. Here she was not locked away, confined to a cage, or ostracized by all members in the pack. Tetradore accepted her, faults and all, and she was forever grateful. Yet Nadyas' words stung and her head would lower in shame. Already she had low self-esteem and hearing that comment made her uncomfortable and uncertain with herself, her grey stained plume curled around her feet in an attempt to reassure herself, as she muttered gently.
"It's not my fault I'm feral."
