The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Scarlett Trivale
This is not the end of me.
This is the beginning.
Nadya had given Scarlett the only thing she really needed at that moment: someone to listen. She may not understand, or really care, but each flick of her ears to tell that she was still listening made the wolf....thankful. As long as the onyx feline knew, knew where the canine was coming from, everything that made Scarlett who she was today, maybe she could begin to understand. If she could understand, it would give her the information to try and help her. While Scarlett was used to doing things alone, this was something the wold could not face on her own. There was no way she could adapt quick enough for it to work out, so she would need a teacher.
"I see." the large cat says through the link that binds all Were creatures. Those golden eyes of hers drift away from the wolf's form in thought over everything that has been said to her. "I may have had to give up for my pack but I still have my independence. I live apart from them by choice and see them when I want. But I admit I hold a position that allows me that freedom." she explains a piece about herself within the pack. Scarlett nods, but silently knows it means little to her. She would not hold a high rank to get the privilege to escape the pack if it overwhelmed her. She would have to give up a lot, but what she got in return would decide if she stayed or left. Was the trade off worth it?
The way Nadya's head tilts when Scar explains that she doesn't even really know what family is shows that Nadya does not understand. Scarlett never had the luxury of having pack be family, she barely had her family be family. Where the panther did not understand the wolf's life, the wolf did not understand the panther's. Scarlett is as patient as the panther in listening, listening to everything Nadya has to say in order to explain. The canine's mind was trying to force the picture together with straws, she needed something more concrete, she needed to experience it for herself. "I understand," She whispers, faint memories of family sparking in her mind. Of Christmas, a birthday, being with her parents. It wasn't a lot, but it was something, a starting point.
"Perhaps my brother could be of better use to you. After all, if you're wanting to consider joining a pack it's him you'd have to convince first." Nadya explains, as if no longer knowing how to help the girl but bring her to an alpha. Suddenly the large cat turned and began leaving, leaving behind a stunned Scarlett. The panther was taking her to her alpha, it was her chance to see packs first hand. "You coming?" Nadya asks, pausing momentarily to see if the creme and brown wolf is taking the opportunity and following. It snaps Scarlett back to reality, forcing a nod out and she scrambles to her feet and follows after. She kept a quiet, slight distance between her and the panther, knowing Nadya didn't really trust her at all, if she even liked her, the wolf just unable to tell the feline's thoughts. Back here was safer for both of them, and it allowed the girl to think about things.....like how she was going to get her clothes later.
