The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.
The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. Despite how much I do know of Kohl, his manliness has never really been in question truly but I do like to tease him about it. The carpet does indeed feel nice beneath my feet, once I take my socks and shoes off, letting the soft fur work between my painted toes. Oh yes, I pulled out all the stops on this trip, wanting to show him that I'm not all knives and back kicks. I actually do know how to be a woman when I want to be. I've even wearing lace beneath this business suit. But the more I look at him all stretched out leisurely on the bed, the less I want to be wearing this suit so I guess I should find a distraction. And so I go to him, glad to have his attention as I lean over the bed and purr onto his lips before claiming them for my own in a brief kiss. Of course I should have known he would take over since this is his department, his fingers tangling in my neatly pressed chamois as he pulls me in to flop on the bed beside him. I do it with as much grace as I can muster, giving him a smirk. I raise a brow at his bad try at innocence, my eyes lighting up in humor even as I give him a seemingly attentive look, even resting my chin on my hand as I lean toward him. "Mmhm, very soft indeed. A nap might be nice but it would be even nicer after a bottle of the most expensive wine we can find." My eyes glow slyly. Just as he's reaching for his shoes however, the door bursts open and I find myself immediately reaching down to my thigh where I hid a certain very special blade of mine even as I jump to my feet, tense and ready for battle. But then my gaze moves over the blonde and I find myself feeling more and more unthreatened, my hand slowly pulling away from my thigh, leaving the knife safely sheathed as I cross my arms and lean against the bed frame expectantly. I raise a brow in puzzlement, tilting my head a little even as I turn my head to watch Kohl get to his feet with a look of recognition. The woman altogether ignores me which sets a little flame to flickering on the inside but I hold it in, merely licking my lips as I continue to eye her quizzically. And then she speaks and the spell is broken. As I look to Kohl, I can see that he's clearly irritated and my brow only lifts higher in surprise this time. This girl actually manages to get under his skin? Oh, a mystery. I'm intrigued. He calls her Sorrell but she interrupts him at every turn and I feel myself being compared to a whore more and more as the conversation goes on. I probably should feel dirty but instead I only feel curiosity. As they go back and forth, I let out a soft sigh, making myself at home on the bed once more, letting myself lower to the soft sheets as I cross my legs and lower my arms, waiting patiently for them to breathe. But then Kohl lets out a yell, something I haven't heard and my eyes widen a smidge in shock. Wow, she really does get under his skin. And then the answers finally come. His little sister, ah, that explains it. She actually does play the part of looking a little apologetic, even if it may just be an act but even so, she has the abilty to make it look good. Points for her. She looks between us and I flash her an easy going smile, looking nonchalant about the whole thing until she comes toward me with her hand extended. I raise to meet her, taking her hand firmly in my own. My smile is all charm as I purr. "I'm sure that's what siblings are for. I understand where you're coming from though, it's fine. A pleasure to finally meet you, Sorrell." As we step apart, I look to Kohl for his reaction, a brow rising a little to see how off kilter he looks about the whole thing. I'm guessing he didn't know his sister was going to be here and they probably don't get along in the least. She assures him that she won't be long and that she has something to give him. I tilt my head in puzzlement, letting them have their exchange. I note the look he gives me as he looks at the papers in his hand, almost looking wary about something. Does he think I'm going to attack his sister or something? I smirk a little at the concept. At his sudden question, I look up, my face serious again, looking at his sister now in surprise. Really? This family can't just fight, they have to sue each other? I listen as they go on, Kohl seemingly amused about the whole thing and Sorrell yelling about how little he cares for the company. I hate to say it but I think he doesn't really care either but this isn't my fight so I hold my tongue. When she turns to me about the second company, I give her the plesure of looking a mixture of surprised and slightly indulgent, like I'm looking at a child throwing a tantrum. When she finally slams the door behind her, I sigh slowly and take a seat on the bed again, crossing my arms with humor this time as I turn my attention to Kohl. His next words do make a genuine look of shock cross my face though. Is he really making himself this vulnerable over some pieces of paper? I didn't expect this. I lean back, looking almost lost for a second before I compose myself, clearing my throat before I speak. "Well first off...your family sues each other instead of talking things out? Who does that?" |
