South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. there are survivors, they're coming home

Minn gave him a look that suggested he was more or less crazy but shrugged and returned to scooping food into her mouth like it was ice cream instead of breakfast. "Hookayy, suit yourself." Weirdo.

The silence didn't seem to bother her in the slightest as they went about eating, Minn scarfing down her meal while he sort of nibbled and poked at his own. She was entirely content to leave him in peace now that food was in the picture, busy slicing up her pancakes and drenching them in all the different flavors of syrups provided on the counter. Of course, that was between the mouthfuls of eggs. And bacon. And sausage. Hash browns, breakfast muffins, jams. The works. There was no shame when it came to breakfast and Minn was clearly enjoying herself. Someone might have mistaken her for a morning person if they didn't know any better. It was simply the thrill of having food in front of her that gave her that excited, peppy bounce. Once it was gone she would go back to bring that lazy, frumpy, mouthy-girl that somehow managed to get into everything she probably shouldn't.

Because she was so indulged in the plates before her she didn't really notice him watching her from the corner of his eye. If might have been safe to say she might not have noticed even if she hadn't been eating, either because she really didn't care if she was being scrutinized or if he was just good at being subtle. Maybe both.

When he addressed her again the plates had an alarmingly less amount of food on them, but Minn looked up rather quickly anyways and was in the middle of wiping her face off with a napkin. It wasn't often she bothered to use them! "Hm? Oh. Uh." She blinked and thought about it for a moment. Was working for Davante a secret? Sorta? Maybe? Probably not. But how did you tell someone that you were really the oddest kind of security system there could ever possibly be for a Witch? Would he even believe her? Oh well. Whatever. "I'm a bouncer at a shop nearby." Minn grinned broadly. Alright, so it wasn't entirely true â€" no one had ever used that term before, and sitting around being scary was only part of her job. She was pretty sure she probably shouldn't mention the other half. ...Besides, the scary part was more word-of-mouth than physically being frightened, though anyone who had ever decided to physically take Minn on in a fight, even in human form, had been pleasantly surprised. She wasn't a push over and could pack a wicked punch.

"Cool, right? Yeah." She snickered, but the strangest part was that she really didn't seem like she was lying, though it was hard enough to believe by just looking at her. When someone pictured a bouncer they didn't picture someone like Minn. "Yeaaah, I can hold my own pretty well." She bragged, lifting her arms up to lace her fingers together behind her head and attempted to lean back in single suave motion. The thing was... she was on a bar stool.

"But I live in the cit-WHOA okay!" Minn flailed momentarily, forgetting there was no seat back when you sat at the counter, eyes wide as she quickly leaned forward and planted her hands firmly on the counter top and let out a slow breath. "Phheww. .....Fuh-ck. Okay. I'm good."
