The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park
Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
The Outskirts
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

There is a certain sense of relief that comes from managing to launch the vampire from him, Azrael far more concerned with the integrity of his veins then the leech's attempt to pillage the amulet. Fingers reach up almost experimentally, assuring himself the wounds on his neck are entirely as small as they feel and yet...vampire bites rarely healed as fast as other wounds. These puncture marks would itch for days, Azrael already decidedly irritable about it as he gaze fixates back upon the other man as he stands once more attempting to....fix his outfit- or so it seemed. The manner in which he wiped the blood away from his lips sees Azrael's stomach turn- the very notion utterly vile before the gold of his gaze at last falls on the amulet the man had managed to pilfer. Hmm. That was perhaps a little unfortunate and yet for all the trouble it's caused him the Hunter is almost...willing to let the man have it. Almost.
What the vampire has to smile about he hardly knows, the stake turned lightly within his hand, rolling it with practised ease into a position entirely ready for throwing before launching it from his grasp and towards the vampires lower leg. Attempting to fight an enemy that possessed as much speed as himself however was proving to be a decidedly irritating effort. Dareios moves just as quickly to grasp the next passing human, pivoting the man in such a manner that the stake spears through his leg instead of the vampires. Azrael feels both eyes lift in surprise, the human man beginning to howl, spraying blood all over the sidewalk in a manner that readily sees Azrael groan. This was going to end up being an incident on the six o'clock news. The Council was not going to be impressed at all. A rush of speed sees the vampire blur up the street, Azrael momentarily considering chasing after him and yet the howling man had managed to blunder towards him still shouting about his need for emergency services.
"Sit the fuck down."
His patience, for tonight, has worn decidedly thin. Azrael very near forcing the man into a seated position before moving to examine his injured leg, the stake having run entirely through it, the tip protruding out the other side. Well- at least it had been a decent enough throw, this however, was a far more serious injury then it appeared. How the hell these things happened to him he hardly knew. It took barely a moment to actually phone for am ambulance, the Hunter balancing the phone against his ear as he moved to pick up the fallen envelope and the money within, strolling back towards the injured man now before abruptly holding it out to him.
"Consider this compensation."
He hardly needed the money himself and besides, having a stake surgically removed from his leg was sure to cost the man rather a bit, might as well have it paid for on Dareios' pocket, Azrael merely turning to leave the man in the hands of the gathering crowd- his own blur of speed seeing him disappear in a moment later. Now he was going to be late for his date.
