West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The stars in their orbits

Nadya was all too happy and willing to let silence settle over the pair as she cleaned. They each had their own views, both growing up in two completely different ways for which made handling each other more like pacing back and forth looking each other up and down. She noted Raven disappearing from the doorway and hardly thought she'd be back. They didn't have all too much in common to talk about. Their only true connection simply through the fact that her brother was their Alpha and Tobias the father of her cubs. She could still argue the fact that Tobias could hardly be called a boyfriend since he couldn't even begin to perform half the tasks that were normal for one.

She finished cleaning off some of the surfaces and was about to call a break to flop down on the bed surrounded by her clothes when Raven reappeared with a wardrobe in tow. Nadya's brow quirked in obvious surprise as she propped up on her elbows, "...Thanks..." She motioned to the space beside the small closet already in the room. "I don't care or really know about that whole feng shui stuff so over there is fine. As long as something isn't in the middle of the floor so I don't fall over it it's fine." Nadya picked up the cloth once more, following the wardrobe over to the wall, and quickly wiped it free of dust before hanging the necessary clothes in it.

When her stomach betrayed her and voiced its demand for sustenance, Nadya was forced to find a solution to the problem. She really didn't want to be out and about in the Ark once it opened; much more inclined to remain holed up in her room for the first night or two. However, that wasn't an option, not like at the apartment where the kitchen was so close and here she must endure the long walk through the bodies of others. With a soft sigh Nadya tossed the dirty cleaning rag into the bucket and pushed it over to the wall with her foot to continue cleaning later before returning her attention to Raven. "Well....shall we? I think it's early enough to assume a snack won't hurt and we can get started on prepping for the meal. I don't really cook- though I make a mean spaghetti and rice pudding." Well, those were the only things the twins seemed to eat consistently that she made at least. The comment caused her thoughts to drift to the twins and wonder how they were doing, if they were looking for her, were they eating, and plenty of other worries that caused her chest to burn. She had to not think about it, force herself to move on both mentally and physically even if it felt like she was dying inside. "Isolt did most of the cooking." She explained easily, moving with the grace of her species to side step Raven out onto the walkway.

It may have been perceived as rude that Nadya didn't permit Raven to enter her room, but in all honesty if Nadya was going to be living in a business where tons of people were, she wished for one space of her very own. Nadya didn't know where the kitchen was so would let Raven lead the way into the industrial kitchen that had no doubt faithfully served thousands. "At least you're prepared for any kind of meal." She eyed a few of the pieces of equipment attached to the stove and island with genuine confused and curiosity. "So, Cajun...are we talking jambalaya or good old fashioned crawfish broil?" Nadya began opening all the cabinets not just looking for food but becoming acquainted with the layout. "Because I don't think I can visualize Tobi and Aiden successfully pulling off eating crawfish and managing not to hurt themselves." She found a box of crackers and settled onto one of the empty stools at the island with it. "Though if you're taking requests, pecan pralines are the way to go for dessert." Given recent history, it was odd for Nadya to be offering so much conversation but it was her own form of defense against letting the sorrow completely take over.
