West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The man's emerald gaze followed the wolf as she left, ensuring the door was securely closed behind her before his attention flickered entirely towards the young woman in front of him. It was habitual for him to keep his distance from women and equally as ordinary was his state of undress that the man hadn't considered the effects his dissociative demeanor might have on the fae. After all, Tetradore had never had girlfriend before now. Nevertheless, a small frown tugged at the corner of the man's lips at the sudden formality in which he was presented with. "Of course." He responded softly pausing before adding after a moment's thought, "You're always welcome here." As she should be, right? It was true she wasn't one of their kind but...if they were going to pursue something it was only natural that she would want to see him...wasn't it? That was what girlfriends did? His emerald gaze followed the girl as she stepped closer towards him, his skin automatically flinching at the ginger caress of her fingertips against his flesh. Still, the man hardly moved, instead remaining perfectly still in a fashion that was reminiscent of his rather difficult past.

It had been her who had last touched him like that. Surely he'd been touched since then - a slap on the back for a job well done in the ring but in such a deceitfully gentle fashion? It had been months since he had thought of the vampiric woman but she was the only experience he had in any sort of faux intimacy and so, even the sweetest of caresses had a fashion of dredging up the past he'd so fruitlessly tried to lay to rest. It took him a moment before Tetradore was able to put the thought of her and any accompanying emotions away from his brain, his emerald eyes slowly re-focused upon Samantha. A weak simper was slowly forced onto the man's features, unable to appreciate the words in the fashion that he should have and quite frankly he was thankful she continued, if only because it gave his mind something to distract him from the way her nails slid across his skin, the man's body entirely tensing despite his strained efforts to remain that same level of careful placidity he so often wore.

He shook his head ever so slightly at her continued efforts to apologize. "Samantha - really, it's fine. I'm glad you came and that you're all right." At the very least he was able to reassure himself of that much. He felt silent as she begun to speak once more, letting the girl voice her thoughts in their entirety before a soft breath of air left his lips. He had been hoping he'd have longer before attempting to explain pack life to her. He nodded ever so slightly, "Yes, that's the right word." In truth, he had been quite hesitant to introduce her to the pack if only because the recent strife within them had left him unsure of how they as a whole would handle Samantha as their superior. She was not like them. She wouldn't put them in their place in the fashion required of his status. His ability to remain within his position was entirely dependent on his ability to remain un-bested. But still, it was that genuine sweetness that had interested Tetradore in the first place. Even so - it wouldn't be fair to not warn her of what was to come, knowing all too well that it could certainly break this already fragile relationship.

"Pack life is...different. It's very rigid. The alpha's word is law and anyone who goes against him must face the consequences of it. Raven's home pack was very strict on that idea. Some packs are more lenient than others to a certain extent." In a way, he hated voicing the responsibilities that were laid upon him. For them it was simply an unwritten rule. It was understood. But for an outsider? Their ways surely seemed...archaic. "An Alpha male's mate becomes Alpha of the pack too. I....I didn't think they would all so willingly accept you in such a role yet. Raven makes sense I guess but...Nadya and Tobias are...." He paused, reaching up to run his hand through his hair while he picked his words with care. "They are difficult and I don't want you to get hurt." His words became softer as he spoke, finally admitting the truth behind his earlier panic when she had first mentioned them becoming a couple at the coffee house not terribly long ago. Tetradore shrugged, concluding after a moment, "I know it seems...weird to you."
