The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

In all honesty she wasn't quite sure if Tobias realized that his surprise would result in them coming back to the dock or leaving to go off to God only knows where. She would follow him of course with whatever he decided. Raven nodded her head when the boy began to get up happy to see that he had listened to her explanation about buffets and that he was capable of getting as much food as he wanted. It was the sound of the bell that caused her own head to tilt to the side puzzled, looking to her companion and giving him a small shrug unsure with what was going on. The mention of 'loving this game' caused the canine to watch as the woman began to set markers on the table, taking a purple colored one while a waiter came by to clear the dishes from the table and place the Bingo charts down. Quietly she marked her paper should her letter and accommodating number is called, but her eyebrows furrowed with concern when she noticed the boy quickly dotting his own paper. Craning her neck she tried to look at his paper not thinking he was doing it correctly until he suddenly says 'Bingo' listening as George attempted to correct the boy.
As a throng of people groaned and a few, along with the host, rush over to see his Bingo card she shakes her head slowly as they attempt to explain to her companion that he had not won. Seeming that look of disdain on his face caused a small frown to appear on her own. Tobias not winning something was a disaster, not just for him, but for her as well. He was not a good sport when it came to such things. When he uttered Bingo a second time she quickly held her hand and waved it, gesturing to the announcer and the other patrons that they could continue with the game. She would scoot her chair closer to his, her knee brushing against his own as her shoulder leaned into his own, using touch to gain his attention. Lifting her dial she would place a soft kiss on his cheek, using this as a way to keep his attention on her. With a small smile she spoke gently explaining to the game as best as he could to help him understand.
She would trace the rows with one finger to help him visibly see what she was trying to explain. Slowly she would let him take her marker, whispering softly how they would play the game together.
When the host announced a letter and number she grinned and placed her finger on one of the squares, tapping it to allow the boy to know they had one.
