The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Quietly the werewolf listened to the witch incorrectly describe the bond between Weres within a pack. Why the witch would assume that secrets among members could not remain secrets at all was quite alarming. She was sure that if her secrets could be easily revealed to everyone within her pack then she would be quite nervous and wary of everyone. If she knew what they always thought of her then she would be living in fear at all times, not comfort. One grey ear twitched as her cold stormy eyes held a glint of amusement. Oh if Vhalla knew anything about the wolf, she would know that Raven, had not once had such a dirty thought about her significant other. She was far too embarrassed to think such certain things as that. As for the Tetradore and Tobias, she had no idea, and really didn't want to know whether they thought such things or not.
It was the mention of running with another that didn't return her same feelings brought another sheer of amusement to the young woman. She knew so very, very well, that her spotted companion truly loved her. As for Tetradore, well, she wasn't sure what he thought of her or if he held some sort of love an Alpha would have for a faithful follower, but she knew quite very well he did not love her as the same if he were Tobias. No, Tetradore had that sort of love for the friendly farie that stumbled in their lives. As the witch sighed dramatically and took a deep bow, Raven titled her dial to the side, a bit confused. No one had ever 'bowed' to her before. In her world there was meaning behind the bow and whether Vhalla intended or not, she had lowered herself to Raven. She had in a way, submitted herself to the scarred wolf, and Raven wasn't quite sure how to take it. In a way she wanted to correct her and in a way she didn't, her bow caused other Weres to look at them. With a nod she spoke gently, easily, holding a humorous tone to it.
As Vhalla began to play with her hair she could hear the sounds of the spectators roar in delight with the fight finally at an end. She didn't mind the congratulations uttered to her. She was quite excited and proud. Not in herself, never in herself. She was proud of her spotted companion, proud to have him succeed. He was quite different than everyone. He was unique in his own way and she was happy when he was finally able to act as himself and be recognized for something good, and not be ridiculed. The fighting arena was his chance to proclaim himself as being accepted by all and use his talents to the ebst of his ability. It was the question from the witch that caused the wolf to politely explain finding the question reasonable.
It was when Vhalla answered her reasoning to coming into the Ark to watch the fights that caused the wolf to grow quiet for a moment. She could hear the hisses or low growls from some of the Weres that were nearby, she could hear them speak in their own Were tongue, things that the witch could not understand. Indeed Raven understood why some of the Weres were not too pleased with her answer and she would quickly fix the error, correcting the witch, subtly reminding the girl of where she was and that she would need to be careful. With a nod she responded.
As for saying the fight was good, well of course it was, after all Tobias and Tetradore were undefeated. Even she was undefeated in duo fights, fighting along her spotted companion's side. She did quite well for herself and yet she hadn't been involved with a fight in the ring in such a very, very long time. Her dial would raise upwards her chest puffed out a bit proudly, as she spoke with a ring of honesty.
