West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The large ebony feline's vibrant gaze fell upon the small kitten at his feet, the man watching with an entirely bemused expression as the young child tumbled backwards to stare at him with large, wide eyes. He watched with a hint of inquisitiveness as the young child flailed about, attempting to regain her footing before responding to him kind with her own pathetic hint of hisses and spats. The action alone was hardly threatening, she was, after all, a child, though it certainly served to entertain the much larger creature. A soft grumble of chuckling laughter reverberated within his chest as he reached out with one paw to topple over the small kitten in a nearly playful fashion. His interest in the kitten, however, was quickly replaced instead by his sibling as she pressed herself against him, drawing his emerald gaze. He was hardly perturbed of the kitten's continued play, their mewling noises as they nipped and pounce reassured him enough of their continued close presence. It was only with that assurance that allowed himself to focus entirely on the words that entered his cranium through that bond that connected him to each member of his pack - his sister perhaps most of all.

He stilled ever so slightly at words his sibling spoke, requesting the completion of the punishment that he had indefinitely dealt her in reaction of the breaking of the rules of his business. He features seemed firm for a moment as Tetradore contemplated whether or not her lesson had been learned. She was, after all, his beta. To so blatantly rebel against his word before the entirety of the Ark's crowd had hurt his standing as Alpha. He'd certainly heard those whispered words of his lack of control over his sibling. A soft breath left the parted jaws of the feline though he hardly provided her a judgment immediately. Instead, the panther let her finish her explanation, mentioning the very man that Tetradore had so strove to keep her from. He felt that his sibling tap into that connection that bound the pair together, the panther entirely aware of those images before they invaded his mind. The images of the man upon Jackal - a fact that he had been aware of the moment the pair had returned from their patrol. The lupine was quite literally his left hand. Tetradore had hardly been oblivious to the sudden wounds that had graced his form.

What he hadn't expected, however was the image that accompanied it, the sight of the man at Nadya's door with toys and wine. It was those images that saw his emerald eyes narrow ever so slightly, the man jerking away from her abruptly in discontent. He rose to his feet, shaking his head ever so slightly to rid himself of that memory she had perhaps unwillingly shared. "All right, But you will remain here. I know he wine and dines you, Nadya, and fools you into thinking he's somehow some decent creature - but he isn't and maybe this is a good thing for you. Maybe now you can finally start to see that." There was a soft hiss upon his lips that accompanied those words he offered him before Tetradore finally saw fit to share with his sister something he'd tried to shelter her from in the beginning. This time, Tetradore offered her a singular memory of his own, the ivory steed across from him surrounded by a nearly visible wave of heat that kept him from physically attacking the creature before those words within Frost's voice interrupted - words that promised not only Tobias' death but also the death of Nadya herself.
