West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Her spotted companion was no longer near the weaker creature. The larger black kitty had been hurled across the main deck, and the sickening sound of his body crashing into, well whatever it was, was a satisfying sound to her ears. Nothing was in her way now. She was free. Free to do as she pleased. There was no need to hurry. She could take her sweet time, the taste of fear coming from the blonde was absolutely savoring. The sweet voice of Sam didn't reach the lupine at all. Her voice was rather annoying and her attempt to reach the more lucid side of the canine had failed. Raven was nowhere to be found. She was somewhere within her own mind, trapped, unable to tell Sam to run and hide. As the lupine drew closer and closer towards her prey, she ignored the low growls coming from the jungle cats, there was nothing they could do. Just as she was about to close in on the fae, ready to charge and pounce and destroy her entirely, she went still the moment she was surrounded in darkness. As the lights went out she swayed her head side to side, growling in frustration and confusion, not understanding why the light was rapidly fading away.

For a moment she grows still as she adjusts to the darkness. As a creature of the night she was quite capable of seeing in the dark. Although her vision wasn't as good as the felines that surrounded her. She didn't like it, being surrounded. She felt like she was being...hunted. The last time she felt this way was so very...very long ago. All thoughts about Samantha were gone. All the lupine could think about was how she would survive this. For a moment she whimpers softly unsure with herself and how she would get herself out of this mess. Both ears prick forward as she listens to the ones that continue to surround her. Her dial swung around and she could point out a familiar shape of a feline, but as soon as she caught a glimpse of it, she saw out of the corner of her eye another figure. Growling softly her tail lowered slightly uncomfortable. Within her mind memories began to flash as she recalled those last moments when she was in a similar situation as this one, unbeknownst to her they were being spread through her pack bond.

The brief flashes of her trapped within the darkness of the woods, the sounds of growls and snarls echoed, each sound a warning of the onslaught that was to come. She had to protect herself, who could blame her? Shaking her head to rid herself of these unwanted memories, a low growl was given to the two predators that continued to circle around her, warning them of her displeasure. The sound of someone fiddling around behind the bar caught her attention, but before she could figure it out she felt something heavy knock her front legs out, the bear-sized wolf front's half of her body fell down, with a snarl she moved her muzzle in Tobi's direction, intending to harm him, but she was unable to. She was distracted by the claws that sunk into her flesh and the pressure of 400 pounds of weight bearing down on her. With a growl she tried to swing her head to grab the panther, but released a high pitched whine the moment his teeth sunk into her neck. With her entire bod down against the ground, her legs moved back and forth scrambling to try and free herself. For a moment she would wither around, still stuck on the ground, wishing desperately to be let loose. Though it would seem the panther held too tightly on her neck, the spotted cat surely helping the panther keep her down.

The last time she had been hunted she was able to free herself and leave the life she was trapped in. Now it would seem she had been finally caught. Her feral side hardly wished to accept it, but she would begin to still, her breathing heavy as she whimpered softly. Blue-grey eyes shifted towards the dark figure that remained on top of her, seeing a glint of his emerald eye in the darkness. Feeling nothing but fear her tail slid across the floor, tucking underneath her, her form shifting back to its regular size, as she whined, unable to manage his weight on her smaller frame any longer. It was obvious that she was terrified and trapped, knowing she couldn't do anything. With another whimper the wolf asked the larger cat to let her go, by releasing her throat, or biting down harder on it.
