i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.
Even though Tobias had reassured her over and over again all was well, deep down Raven did not think everything was well, not after what she had done. Even though she didn't mean to bring harm to Jackal, to Sam, and to her pack, she still felt immensely guilty. It had been quite a long time since she succumbed to her feral side. Every now and then it had occurred while she lived within the city, but never had she lost herself in front of her Alpha. There was a time when she warned him about this particular curse, but she wasn't sure if he was aware of the severity behind it or not. There was a reason why she was treated as she was from her pack, and she hoped that she would never have to suffer a similar fate. As of now she had no idea what was in store for her the moment she returned to the Ark. The Ark was her home and she was extremely grateful to belong to Tetradore's pack. He was fair and did not treat her as poorly, as her previous Alpha had done so. Though now that he had experienced only a limited time of her feral side she was terrified to suffer the consequences that awaited for her.
It was the following night that she decided to come back to the Ark. The previous night she stayed hidden, terrified to go back, far too afraid to handle her Alpha's reaction. It was best, she thought, to stay far away from the small family she cared deeply for, just in case it happened again. Surely, her Alpha would be extremely upset if she suddenly snapped again. In the dead of night the lupine moved swiftly through the seedy dark alleyways, where the lights within the lamps were starting to flicker out. In just a few hours it would be dawn and she hoped to get inside her home, and confront her Alpha later in the day, hoping with every fiber in her heart, that he would forgive her. Mentally she prepared herself for his anger, still terrified, already coming up with a solution...she would accept his order whatever it be â€" either lock her up or kick her out. She knew that the Ark would be closed now, no longer would there be any fights, and her pack would be fast asleep, the ideal time to slip in and lie in wait for morning.
As she neared the Ark, she would climb up the plank carefully, taking note that the door was sealed tight. Using her telekinesis she would lift herself to the top of the deck, landing gently, and heading quickly for one of the port windows. Shifting into her smaller form, she used her telekinesis to unlock the window on the other side, lifting herself, and sliding herself through, locking the port window behind her, and returning to her human form. Finding herself at the top of the Ark, silently moving through the darkness and down the corridor heading for the familiar sensation of being close to the bedroom she shared with her spotted companion. Each footstep was as silent as she could make it, being mindful of the certain spots that created and groaned, keeping far from those areas as she possibly could. When she managed to get near her bedroom, she took a small inhale, as her hand reached for the door knob, her heart pounded in her head, trying to calm herself, as her hand shook terribly towards the door handle, hoping that her Alpha was not awake and he was fast asleep.
