The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Why did her time away from the Ark seem to always be exactly the opposite of what she had planned? Nadya had expected to find Aidan hiding amongst the warehouses, lying in wait perhaps to pounce in a game of chase and a hunt. Instead she was confronted with the very man who had persuaded her to leave the safety of the Ark walls...only to never show night after night. His immersion from the shadows casting light on his broken and bloodied form caused the panther to falter. She had never before seen Frost present himself as anything less than impeccable. The scent of his blood was sharp in her nose, strong enough that she could very near taste it on the roof of her mouth. Her golden gaze tore away from Frost to cast around their surroundings. Surely whoever had dealt such damage to him wasn't so far behind. "You tell me to leave the Ark, never show, and then come asking for my help." Her tone was gruff in return, debating her option of leaving, if only to teach him a lesson in tricking her like he had. However, the ragged breaths he drew caused Nadya to sigh heavily as her decision was made. "Stay here.." As if he would be able to get very far.
The panther slunk off between the buildings back towards the docks. There was some doubt as to whether she would return as the minutes ticked by, but return she did and in her human form now. Nadya had begun to stash changes of clothes throughout the territory again and was glad for it now. "You know you can't be here. Are you so loathing to your own pack members seeing that you actually bleed that you'd risk coming here instead?" Although she began her tongue lashing(it's practically customary at this point) she stepped up to Frost, eyeing his wounds with a slight cringe before gently helping drape his arm around her neck allowing him to brace on her as she led him along the territory line. The going was slow but steady as Nadya kept the pace slow for him to be able to keep up. Where the docks turned into a pebble beach there was a little Inn situated at the end of the pathway. "Just a bit further; it'll be safer in there." Away from where her brother or Tobias may find him. Fighting someone in a fair fight was one thing but Frost was obviously already on the edge and it would have been like shooting fish in a barrel.
Nadya helped Frost up the steps before leaving his side momentarily to step through the front door. The woman at the desk looked up as Nadya unfurled her ability, manipulating the pheromones around her causing a panic to run through the poor receptionist. The woman didn't know what she was afraid of but she took off into the other room as if bouncing off a rubber wall. Nadya quickly grabbed a set of room keys then stepped outside to grab Frost and lead him upstairs to the room. It was quaint in the room with seafoam colored walls, contrasting nicely with the single queen-sized bed situated against the wall with a sea life comforter set. She had come here once when first arriving at Sacrosanct which felt like a whole lifetime ago. "Sit." Nadya deposited Frost on the bed, once more leaving him for the bathroom and returning with wet and dry washcloths.
Only now did she really pause in front of Frost, really looking at him before slowly lowering to sit on the bed beside him, twisted so one leg hung over the side and the other bent on the bed as she gently began to wipe away the blood from his skin. With every slow swipe of the cloth it revealed the full severity of his injuries. "Care to tell me what happened?" While her previous comments had been short and instructional, her tone in that moment was now surprisingly calm and soft. "You owe me a new outfit too by the way." It was a good thing the jeans and flowy top weren't very expensive as Frost's blood was now all over her side where he had pressed against her...but it didn't stop her from commenting,
