The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Nadya Tetradore
Nadya could only nod in acknowledgement of Alexis' words. She could see the fault in Frost's method of gaining members, or at least in training them. However, she had no say in telling him to change his ways concerning that...she was not in his pack. Though even if she was, would she tell him? He had been raised in an entirely different way than her and his reason for gaining members required them to be hardened. He needed an army for what he was planning. That was his choice. Instead the panther only rests her paw on Alexis in simple comfort. Nadya wished there was a way to show those like Alexis, Raven, and even Sam just how strong they were. Although the young woman could see the change that had started in the three of them, it was still hesitant in many ways. Sometimes though it required them to find that strength on their own as there was only so much the people around them could offer in reassurance.
"We're working on it." Her brother was trying in his own way now and she was trying to meet him in his attempts. There was nothing that Alexis had to apologize for, she wasn't pack and couldn't have done anything to aid the situation that Nadya found herself in in regards to her children. Perhaps it would have been different if there were more members to their pack, more to help with the growing children or more that would join her in living in a place outside of the Ark. Living away from the pack had seemed to be a cause for irritation even with the reasoning being the twins and her want for them to have a real home as she had growing up. None of that mattered now, not in this moment with Alexis whom had no idea of the inner workings going on of the pack and therefore Nadya wasn't going to divulge that information. If her brother accepted her indiscretion for her part in the fight against Frost then perhaps at some point Nadya would call her a member of the Nightshade, at least Nadya wished Alexis could someday feel comfortable enough to join. She really did feel that the fox would do well within the pack.
She was glad the Alexis appeared open to coming back around when she had the twins to play with them. Lord knew they spread Nadya thin and she could use the help, not to mention she was sure that the kittens would find great entertainment in the fox that was much closer to their size. Nadya's ears flickered back and forth as her own reverberating purr vibrated her chest when Alexis nuzzled against her. "I look forward to it." She dips her head to nudge at Alexis, "I should go. It's about time for supper and Raven will be nearly finished. If Aidan and I don't get there before Tobias finishes his portion he's likely to inhale everything." Tobias seemed to be comprised of a black hole, Naddy was sure of it as she had never seen a single being eat so many things...both edible and none-edible. "I'm sure things will work out with my brother. You can trust him. Come see me some weekend and we can take the twins out to play." Nadya chuffed happily, casting a relaxed and happy final glance to the red fox before trotting off into the shadows back towards the Ark.
