West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Syn

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The shaggy-haired boy is hardly oblivious to that tenseness that so seems to overcome his companions form. He had spent so many years beside the man in his youth and indeed, so many years trailing after him in the interim that here was an effortlessness that so allowed Tobias to understand his companion's often silent moods far more readily than any other. He is simply attuned to Tetradore in every sense, ever aware of that which is unspoken and so provides him with the ability to adjust his own behaviour accordingly. Tobias more often than not content to simply mimic Tetradore's persona even if the reason behind it is rarely understood. His bare feet follow easily behind the panther and away from the warmth of the ship, entirely willing to so partake on this adventure- whatever it might be the boy rarely seeing any need to ask as to the why or how of any situation, his mind far more fixated upon the actions of it. Those dark eyes glance easily downward at the green of the panthers before the large cat moves to throw his shoulder against the door, Tobias' hand pressed upon it, further assisting this task before stepping outside and onto the cold metal of the ships deck- the boy seemingly oblivious to that touch of frost upon his feet.

His own features frown ever so slightly, though whether in response to the morning chill or simply as to why they are here in the first place remains to be seen, the boy following obediently all the same, assured that whatever the reason for such an adventure was entirely of importance to so see them both roused for their beds. Sleeping a decidedly favoured activity by Tetradore himself, Tobias often too, content to merely lay anywhere his chosen Alpha so did, often on top of the other cat if the mood should strike him. It is only as they reach the corner that the panther pauses, the gangly deviant moving to follow his companions gaze downward and towards whatever it was that had so captured his companions attention- those dark eyes falling readily upon that cold, still body and yet there is desperately little sense that seems to find the boys mind in that moment. His reaction utterly instinctive or perhaps, worse still, a wholly conditioned response to the mere sight of the woman- his human form lost in a veritable explosion of fur. Returning to that bestial state she had so often been content to keep them both in. An utterly feral hiss spits from his lips, the leopard scrambling backward and away from that corpse, so incapable just yet of noting her true condition, Tobias attempting, briefly, to pull Tetradore with him and away. Unwilling even now, in perhaps the face of the only being he had truly ever held any fear for- to abandon the man again.

His mind is a fractured thing, a broken thing, his memories like the pieces of a scattered puzzle that never seemed to quite fit and yet she he remembered. He remembered that heat and scent of that oppressive club, he remembered the discomfort of her touch or the place he had been forced to sleep upon the end of her bed day after day, the boy often far more content to cling to Tetradore in those hours and yet he remembered too the weight of that collar that had been so nestled around his neck, more often then not chained to the wall- the only thing that had proven solid enough within the entire bar to so hold the leopard in her unfailing efforts to teach him to stay else to punish him for anything he had done wrong. Tobias having become so wholly animalistic in that time within Syn that all but Risque herself had become fearful of his volatile temperament and violent rages as he had been so pressed to the limits of his sanity. It is several moments still before the golden cat so seems to register this reluctance in Tetradore to move and indeed the complete lack of movement from the vampire below, golden eyes peering warily down towards her once more- fur still bristled and each muscle coiled in readiness to either fight or flee.

That golden gaze turns briefly back to his companion, head tilted in mild curiosity before the jungle cat leans further forward to so capture the scent of the vampire- her lack of movement...puzzling to him. He understands death, in some sense, knows well the scent of it, holds some knowledge that 'dead' is 'final' that once dead has so been achieved it does not wake up and yet his mind is wary in its acceptance of this death- his gaze cast upwards and towards that slowly rising sun before he simply presses backward and away once more, seating himself upon his haunches ad beside his brother now- his side touching the panthers own.

Did Tetra....make dead?

He can scent his companion readily upon the woman's body and yet he seeks this affirmation all the same, those words offered to his companions mind alone, his gaze resting upon hat body still. Tobias wholly capable of understanding....this finality, this moment, in at least some sense.

madness, as you know, is like gravity: all it takes is a little push
