West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Tetradore was hardly perturbed by that near mimicking of his childhood friend, his emerald eyes flicking from the young woman before him only at the sound of those broken lyrics that so personified his best friend. His eyebrow rose ever so slightly at the boy's blunt statement that she was the cause of that frigid air that so infected his Ark, the notion that the cold was brought on by her was one he had not contemplated. His lips pressed together ever so slightly in a frown, the man hardly bothering to state his own thoughts on Tobias' threat to so toss the young woman over the railing of the Ark and into the arctic liquid beneath them. Frankly, he was fairly certain she'd enjoy such a trip. His emerald eyes drifted towards his companion at the increase of those goosebumps, his emerald eyes narrowing ever so slightly at the disrespectful war of affinities that existed within his presence. Whomever had sent her had clearly intended to goad him, considering the young woman's actions. Perhaps she was yet another of Frost's lackeys. It would hardly surprise him in the least. His gaze drifted upwards ever so slightly at the sudden presence of water he stepped away from his companion as that tray so flew to the space between them, collecting that wetness to so sheld his Tobias from his most despised substance. This was getting out of hand quickly.

He heard the clatter of the tray as it suddenly slammed into the opposing wall, the man entirely aware of that shift within the young woman. The last thing he needed was for Raven to lose control of herself. He could hardly handle an attacking stranger amongst their midst and too the feral wolf. The Russian woman's voice drew the were King's gaze, his attention turning back towards her as he uttered, his voice holding a clear hint of an edge. "That is enough." He stated, referring entirely to her use of her affinities. "Might I remind you that you are in a stranger's territory and wholly at the whims of our kindness." There was a soft, dangerous hiss to his baritone lyrics, his emerald eyes shifting towards the box and the ice that started to cover the top of it. Damn it. Fine - if this was how they were going to play. Any hint of any previous indifference he might had regarded her with all. There was no faster way to get on Tetradore's bad side then to waltz within his territory and so threaten his pack - the very souls that it was his responsibility to protect.

He was hardly surprised when Raven stepped away from the table, her form shuddering as her body became so eclipsed by that shift. Shit. His gaze was wholly steadfast upon the female as she grew in size, his gaze simply watching the wolf for any indication that her animalistic mind would revert to that more primitive aggression - not that he could blame her. Still, the she-wolf's particularly placid demeanor was enough for Tetradore to momentarily turn his attention back to the Russian woman in front of him as she spoke of why she came. "Perhaps you should take a hint from him." Tetradore found himself uttering, reaching out for the frost covered box. He brushed her hand aside, flicking open the lid to stare down at the purple hued gemstone shaped ever so delicately into the shape of a jungle cat - it was a gemstone which was found only within Siberia. A small frown crossed his lips before he glanced up at the girl. "I see. Jonathan." He uttered, immediately aware of where this gift was from. "Although, after your antics, I am not sure this is enough to cover his debt. He should have chosen someone more intelligent to be his delivery girl." He stared down at the young woman, his own affinity finally reaching out.

Fear was by far the element he wielded so effectively and he was very much a master of it. The things he was capable of, the emotions he was able to produce were astounding, when he so released the entirety of his ability to manipulate the environment and the illusions of nightmares. For now, however, Tetradore merely allowed that environment to warm and twist, the high intensity fluorescent lights above nearly appearing to dim as that darkness so crept into the hull of the ship. It was a darkness that clung to the corners of the room, threatening to overcome them at his slightest of whims. "Maybe I'll keep you for collateral. I mean, how stupid could you be to walk into my territory, attack my Beta, and think you will merely walk out of here unscathed? What possibly could possess you to believe that?" He paused, the man entirely unconcerned for any further cold she might attempt to inflict upon him. "Give me one good reason why I should allow you to leave this place." He stated simply, giving the woman one final opportunity to prove herself of any value. And if she should fail...then who was he to deny Tobias his revenge?
