The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

With her hand still enclosed with his own she obediently followed him to where he wished to take her. As he began to lower himself to the ground, she follows him, sitting beside the boy as she crossed her own legs. Easily her shoulder leaned into his own for a minute, enjoying how close they were, blue-grey eyes sliding to see he looked a bit comical with his gangly legs folded. However, when Tobias began to frown her hand would gently squeeze his own, in a reassuring manner as she always dead, her eyes meeting his own when he finally looked at her. That they were supposed to be eating, she did not know, but softly she spoke, if only to soothe him, wishing not to spoil this happy moment. After all she knew how unstable his temperament was and she did not want anything to ruin the date he had so clearly wanted to take her on tonight.
It was absolutely fine that they did not have any food. Raven was hardly bothered by it at all. While he began to grumble irritable, a concern look began to appear on her scarred face, her hand squeezing his own again, as her shoulder leaned into his own for a moment. As he began to slowly lift this tie over his head, she took it silently, her teeth biting her lip in a worried manner. As his dark shirt was taken off she watched as he gently placed it in her lap. As his claws came out the woman remained sitting where she was, uncertain as to what to do. Clearly he was upset, but it was shocking to see that instead of throwing a tantrum, or tearing off his tie and shirt, he was calmly getting up and heading towards...the river. Raven knew far too well that Tobias despised the water and that he would willingly walk up to the edge of the bank, it clearly showed her there was something absolutely wrong. As he stared intently at the water, Raven softly spoke up, not wanting to upset him, her tone holding a fretful note to it.
She contemplated about standing up worried that perhaps he might go into the water, knowing that the end result would be absolutely terrible. As she folded his shirt and laid it on the ground, with the tie on top beside her, she was about to stand up when she saw her fear come true. Seeing the boy actually launch himself into the river caused her to grow still for a moment shocked and petrified. Seeing him actually swim calmed her down, but not much, her dial tilting to the side confused that he was able to do such a thing. As he managed to get himself out of the river, she flinched as he hissed and spitted, feeling the anger and tension radiating off his drenched form. Eyes darted from him to the large fish within his claws, watching as he came forward his features turning from disdain into satisfaction. As he drops the fish into her lap, she quickly catches it, her nose wrinkling for a moment as she feels the fish get her jeans and hoodie all wet. Quickly her hand goes to the mouth of the fish, as she holds it down, her other hand going to its tail, holding the fish down in her lap. Uncertain with what to do next, or even how to eat the fish in her human form, she looks up at him with a small smile.
