The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Samantha Cassidy
Samantha felt positively as though she was floating. As she stood in the darkness that the docks provided her, all she could think about were those five words that Aiden had offered her that seemed to have changed everything between them. Now, the empath was certainly not naive. She could feel the care and tenderness and lust that he so often felt for her. But to label it as love? No, that was a feat that only he himself could do. Samantha had hardly anticipated that her own declaration of love would be so returned - after all, why would she? Aiden had always been attentive. Always given her everything she needed within their relationship. But he'd never been particularly vocal about it. But something seemed different about him now in the aftermath of his final encounter with Risque, and it showed entirely in his nearly boyish demeanor and playful grins. The fact that he loved her... well it filled Samantha's chest up with an overwhelming joy that surely was expressed on her features. The touch of his fingers on her cheek had her leaning into that gesture. She truly didn't anticipate the way he so invited their evening back into the closed doors of his bedroom. And while she had originally wanted to get out of the Ark, there wasn't a place in the world that she would rather be right here and right now.
The boyish grin on his face was so attractive, and it took everything that Samantha had not to tug him down right into the sand of the beach. Instead, she pushed herself to her feet and tugged him up to his feet as well. She couldn't help the laugh that escaped her lips at that mischievous grin on his face. "You know, you're devilishly cute when you smile like that." She teased, happily entangling their fingers as she allowed him to lead her. She was relieved by the slow way he seemed to walk. Samantha didn't want this moment to end, though she wouldn't deny her interest in what a future might hold with him. There was something exciting and fresh and wonderful about their future together, and Samantha couldn't help her joy at the thought of it. She knew, logically, that they wouldn't have forever. But she so planned on keeping every moment possible with him for as long as she had with him.
"Hm?" Samantha said immediately at the sound of her name, her attention snapping to focus on the man at her side. She squeezed his hand almost instinctively, clearly confused to the soft tone of his voice and the almost hesitation he held within his words. The notion that she might be taken on a 'real' date one day only made her chuckle as she listened to him. "Aiden," She said sweetly, turning to press yet another kiss to his cheek as if to soothe him. "I have no doubts." She said instead, grinning softly. She reached up with her free hand, gently stroking his cheek as her blue eyes focused on his emerald ones. "But I do mean it when I say that I enjoy every single moment I have with you. Regardless of what we're doing." It was such a simple reassurance, and yet one that the Fae girl found she meant so entirely.
She followed him with ease as he led her back into the Ark, gripping ahold of his hand a little tighter as the emotions of the fighting rings pressed against her mind and made her sway just slightly on her feet. It was always that initial wave of them that threw her no matter how many nights she sat alongside him. It was better from upstairs. The faerie girl did her best to focus on following Aiden as he led her through the crowd and up the stairs towards his bedroom. She was unaware in her focusing of the voices that so called out to him, or that he was ignoring anything besides her. If she had been aware of it, she was sure that she would have felt guilty for soaking up so very much of his time. Instead, she was only smiling as she was led into the bedroom and that door locked behind them. "Aiden I..." She started, though she wasn't sure where that sentence was going. No, her thoughts seemed to be erased the moment he touched her, and her body pressed almost instinctively against his as she returned that kiss so softly and sweetly. She loved him. She loved him so much and even better was that she was loved by him. It was only after a moment of their sweet kiss did Samantha pull back just slightly - her hands fisted in his shirt as if to keep him close to her - and an impish grin so played out on her features. "So, I think now would be a good time to ask you again what you thought of my skirt." She said playfully, referring to her carefully chosen outfit that revealed so much of her skin. It was a joke, of course. She hardly cared what he thought of it. No, she cared more about what her outfit would look like upon his floor in that moment.
