The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

He is aware of those emotions that spiral within that room even if he cannot comprehend them entirely, he understands sadness on some level, enough in the least to perceive its existence. He is uncomfortable within himself, his already fractured mind so strained and pressed to perceive what is occurring around him and yet too there is within that boy a distinct understanding of that which nature alone intends, a readiness to yield to instinct alone, one that so sees him assume that new position nearly effortlessly and, perhaps, so refuses to allow him to give way to his own grief entirely. He can feel it, in some sense, a frustration and despair at being unable to locate his companion and yet too there exists within that boy an utter assurance that Tetradore would return. He need only wait. Yes. Wait. Until then he would do as he had always done, protect that which was Tetradores own. The Ark, the West, Pretty, Birdie, Sam-an-tha and Nadya. These his things now to guard until his companions return. Tobias so utterly oblivious, it would seem, to the truth of death in any sense. His assurance that he would so seek out that white stallion that was the cause of the grief that afflicted the room now sees a ready reaction from his own mate, golden eyes turned towards her as she speaks, his Leopard features frowning in as much as a jungle cat was surely able as his words seek echo into the minds of those present once more.
Tobi is....very....strong. Birdie not...worry.
That this was, perhaps, not truly a reason not to worry had hardly occurred to the boy. That spotted cat neither seeming to agree nor disagree to her request, his words merely a statement of such. Tobias so unable to understand that flood of emotion upon his mate now and that fear she would lose him in turn. The prospect of his own death simply outside his ability to perceive. After all, he holds no concept of time, no ability to consider future in any real sense. Tobias so living within the moment, his world so black and white in its understandings. His attention turns then to Alexis, that name he has so assigned her readily uttered before he commands her to find the others, ears flattening in disdain atop his skull at that sound of someone shouting, a hiss spat from his lips as Alexis exits and the Loud Boy enters. He is unknown in that moment, the Leopard often prone to volatility in the presence of strangers, the boy settled only by his mate's words though his golden eyes linger upon the Fae entirely as he crosses the room to come to the Fae woman, Tobias so permitting her to leave should she choose to do so, the girl leaping into the mans arms as that newfound Alpha simply watches. The words they exchange are lost upon him entirely, Tobias hardly caring for them before Alexis returns, announcing those whom belonged to the Ark and as such Tetra and now himself, in turn, had been gathered within the hall.
His large, lanky form rises from that bed, stepping down onto the floor to pad towards the door, ignoring that Fae man whose fear was almost palpable to him, those darker instincts within himself pressing upon his mind and so assuring him the Fae might be worth hunting are cast aside for now as he throws his shoulder against the door, leaping up and onto the stair railing as if to use it as a throne of sorts and place himself above those gathered below. For several moments still he merely remains as such, eyeing those gathered below, tail flicking from side to side before his words move to press into the minds of all present, the boy to borrowing Raven's power once more to do as such. His words fractured and halting once more.
Tetra is....dead. Tobi is.....being....Leader now. Ark is....not....open till.....next dark time.
The audible gasp that had so passed over the crowd is all but ignored by the cat. Tobias offering no further information, the boys way with words decidedly lacking before he commands that Ark to close until tomorrow night, leaping abruptly from that railing to seek Jackal alone, the little Mexican man nodding rapidly before beginning to give out his own commands. Tobias so having directed their head of staff to take care of those other employees tonight as he paced back into that room, tail flicking against Alexis as he did.
"Pretty...did good."
It is some form of praise in the least, the boy making his way back to that bed. Content to spend the rest of his night right here and against his mate, the Fae man attempting already to shuffle Samantha out of the room, the spotted cat hardly minding whether Alexis chose to stay or find another place to sleep for the night. For now that fractured new alpha of the west side is content to merely lay and allow whatever thoughts that exist to turn over within his mind.
madness, as you know, is like gravity: all it takes is a little push
