West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Ever since the death of their beloved Alpha thing have been quit somber within the Ark. Out of grief and despair they shut down the Ark and the fighting ring. Not just to allow them time to grieve and mourn, but a time to get settled with the new leader of the pack and staff. Tobias was a deviant and difficult to understand some times. Raven took the time to translate his wants and needs to the other staff members through this transition. Luckily Jackal was there to help out. With the Ark now only open for business within the last three days their guests could actually feel the weight of grief coming from the pack. Tobias had begun to take his turn in the fighting ring, as he once did before, but now Raven was absolutely terrified. Terrified that someone would come and challenge Tobias for their home, and for themselves. What if that challenger was Frost...what if he came back...if Tetradore fell, couldn't that mean Tobias would as well? These thoughts danced around in her head becoming vivid nightmares not just as she slept, but in every waking moment.

Raven did not understand why her mate believed that their Alpha would come back from the dead. She knew her companion understood death and the meaning behind it. After all they were predators and there were times when they hunted together, side by side, taking the life of a prey. She could not figure out why he meant what he did when he stated that their Alpha would come back to them alive. Samantha told them that he was turned into ashes and she wind lifted and carried his remains off. No one could come back from that. No one could. If there was anything she possibly could do to bring him back from the dead, she would do, even if that meant giving up her own. Just so that her mate could be happy once again. There was a pained look on her marred face as Tobias stated that Tetra would come back from the dead. She couldn't look her mate in the eye. So her somber eyes went to the floor as she shook her head. Would they get after Frost for what he had done? Of course. It was their way as a Were â€" blood for blood. Frost harmed her on their own territory. Frost killed their Alpha. If anything he was due to suffer their shared wrath. One day. One day he would. Yet for now they needed to lie low and discuss such a thing.

Too many times she tried to explain to him over and over again that Tetradore was not coming back. It pained her each time he brought it up and she felt terrible for trying to stamp out his innocent belief that he would return. She couldn't bring herself to do it anymore. So, she will remain silent about it, not wanting to anger and disappoint him. If he wanted to believe he was coming back, then he would, as she silently struggled with the pain of knowing it would never happen. Raven had no idea what Tobias meant when he said that their Alpha was 'up.' She could only assume he meant that Tetradore was better somewhere else. She didn't consider him to be the religious sort, but he could be speaking of heaven. Perhaps when they died their souls do go somewhere good. However, Raven didn't believe that she would be able to go 'up.' Sitting at the table beside him, she kept her hold on the cookie, keeping it safe for him. Quietly she listened to the two of them speak. Raven worked on the business sides of things with Tetradore, and now that she was alone on that side, she took on more extra roles. This would be one of them. She wasn't aware of the witch and what she had done. After all Tetradore mentioned it briefly, but she never did see the witch again to fully understand and know what she did. Her eyes flashed towards the witch, her voice calm, but hollow.

"What did you sell and how did you pay to use our place for your business? How much of a cut do we get?"
