The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Distracting him with the soap seemed like a good idea. With him focused on the soap, getting him to touch it and her body he wouldn't recognize at first how close he was to the water. Why he feared it,she did not know, but she was certain she could at least help him tolerate the water. The feeling of his fingers trickling up and down the arm was quite to ticklish, but she couldn't help but grin when he demanded she make them return, as if she were that magical. Why he believed the washcloth was to be a hat, she did not know, but seeing him trying to play was a good sign. As she took a step back, closer to the water she watched as he followed her, pressing her lips underneath his jaw line, to encourage him. As she brought the cloth to his arm, a wave of concern flashed in her stormy-grey eyes. As she watched a trail of water run across his and down his elbow, she stood quietly not doing anything to stop it. He needed to see it was okay.
The she-wolf hoped that her encouraging words were enough to get the man to resolve any worry he had and ensure that he was still motivated to continue. Seeing how he hadn't lashed out or yelled at her, made the young woman continue to move forward with her mission. As she began to place the soap on different parts of her body, she noticed how his eyes traced her figure, the girl blushing as she realized he was staring. The last time she had been this naked was when he took her for the first time that winters night, when his eyes were gold. With him fully entranced she stepped back, allowing more water to run over her figure, getting him to come closer, and rewarding him by pressing her soapy hand on his chest. After all, he needed to get cleaned too. A wide smile appeared as he began to brush the soap against his chest, the blood falling away, Raven quietly helping him, rubbing her hands and soap across his shoulders and neck, teasingly tracing his sides and going lower. It was when his hand was placed on her chest did she grow still, watching him carefully.
Of course there were moments before this did they get physical, but it hadn't occurred in along time. As he began to explore how her body felt when wet and covered in soap leaned closer to him. As the warm water continued to fall upon her form, her eyes would close halfway, enjoying his touches and the sensation of the soap and water trailing on her smooth porcelain skin. It was when his hand rested along her non-bruised waist, did she reopen her eyes looking up. She titled her own head a bit puzzled at his vocal remark, that was until she noticed the flicker of gold in his dark eyes. Unsure if his other half would come or not she braced herself in case he reacted negatively being within the shower. She could barely breathe as his lips crashed into her own, moving backwards as he walked through the water and pinned her against the wall. Even though she winced, as her bruised side made contact with the wall, she allowed him to deepen the kiss, parting her mouth to let him in. Hungrily her hands slid up and down his frame, the girl taking the soap from his sides as she allowed her fingers to run through his dark hair. Raven taking this moment to wash his hair, but it was getting much harder to stay focused on the task at hand. As he grasped her breast a soft moan was released, enjoying this new feeling as he cotninued. For a moment the girl was at a loss, giving into her primal desires, as he continued to do as he pleased. Eventually she would break the kiss and rest her forehead against his own, taking a deep breath and attempting to refocus.
Raven knew very well what she was about to ask of him would be too much. He was already doing a fantastic job, coming into the shower and being around the water. She shouldn't ask for more. She shouldn't push it and yet she knew it needed to be done. He needed to know the correct pattern in order for him to be prepared and follow through easier the next time it was time to shower. Gently she kissed his forehead, blue grey eyes looking up at him lovingly. With a small smile she moved her hand to his and gave it a gentle squeezed, reassuring him that all was well. Her voice held an encouraging, light tone, as she explained the last step.
Gently her other hand ran through his dark, soapy hair, the girl 'petting' him in a way, as the other hand squeezed the other gently. She was certain he could do this. He was a brave creature. Constantly he faced the onslaught of the world, not accepting him, judging him, or treating him badly. There were days when he was frustrated with himself for not comprehending others, but he tried everyday. As she saw his confirmation that he was ready, she would slide her hands to his waist, slowly placing them under the warm water. The water was not running on full power, it was a steady and calm stream. Quickly Raven seized his lips on his own, wanting him to focus on her, as she had her hands rub against his frame and then his hair to get rid of the soap. Within a few minutes they were done. Gently she walked him out of the water, using her telekinesis to turn the knob off. Another kiss was given as she allowed him to step out first, the girl snatching the fluffy towel off the rack and wrapping it around him to get him dried off. A wide smile appeared on her face as she wrapped another towel around herself. Her voice was bright as she praised him again, looking at him with pride.
