West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

There was particular warmth to the scarred woman, there was no denying that. There were those who had a heart of gold no matter what the world did to tarnish it. She was so different than the wolves she'd known. There wouldn't be a time in hell when they would offer to patch a foreigner up, let alone a member that belonged to the pack. In a wolf eat wolf world, it was survival of the fittest. Yet with this woman, she could not sense a single thread of deception. She was almost fragile in nature despite that feral beast that dwelled within her. She was so unlike Mira in many ways and yet she finds herself curious. Raven is careful and steady as she feels for more wounds within that dense coat and as she presses near that wounded area she nearly recoils a soft whine leaving her wolfish muzzle. God dammit that stung. The girl then answers her question, as she peers at her face. "It wasn't silver, you should be near healed by now. You need patching up more than me." She paused thoughtfully as the woman put her hand to her cheek. "I have a cream that could help with the healing.." Perhaps it would help with the scarring.

Mira then questions about the hunters, wondering if all hunters of Sacrosanct were so damn trigger happy, it was a valid question. She needed to know just how much danger she was in. Not that there wasn't a part of her that was always hyper aware. Suddenly, a leopard burst into the room like he owned the place and he had a bone to pick with the world. What the hell? She had not been expecting that, even despite the many were creatures that settled within the Ark, there was a little thing called privacy. If not for the massive smile on Raven's face she might have leapt up onto all fours in preparation to defend herself. There was something about his presence that changed the once easy flow of the room into something that felt ominous and tense. She could hear the throaty rumble of that spotted cat as it slinked across the room, not just existing but filling it to the brim. Mira watches stiffly, those acute golden eyes observing how the two interacted with one another. The way he presses his head against the scarred woman who decided to make it her mission to help patch her up was so very possessive. As though somehow, Mira was some kind of threat. Raven somehow felt like it was her own fault that Mira ended up on the receiving end of a hunter's blade. But it clearly was not that case. The solid black she-wolf certainly reaped what she sowed tonight.

Raven declared that this was her mate Tobi and uttered her own name soon after. Curious was he? "You can call me Mira.." She offers them her name, it was certainly the least she could do. She didn't have to be difficult for the sake of being such.

Yet suddenly that large imposing leopard leapt upon the bed with a seamless ease. He invaded her space like he earned it and her body coils taut. She was not a fan of being injured with that predator whose personal mission seemed to be pushing that very fine line of blatant disregard and arrogance. It was not her place to be the dominant wolf, it was not her home to defend. However, it was her right to protect herself if he dared to push her too far, there was only so much that she-wolf would tolerate. A low warning growl escapes the canine, those wild golden eyes refused to part from the possible threat, as he seems to assess her. She would not strike first, for respect of the woman who brought her here with seemingly decent intentions. But damn did her skin crawl. There is but a moment where the tension could be cut with a proverbial knife and that fine line of peace and all-out war was in the balance. She did not like to be probed and prodded, did not like to have that feline sniffing at her wound as if sensing the scent of silver as the skin was still so very raw and angry which only smelled of weakness. At that sound of the small growl that escaped Mira, Raven put a reassuring hand upon her head, stroking in a soothing was she was unaccustomed to. She huffs disgruntled by her current discomfort.

But just like that, the beast became a man. His fur melting away into flesh but there was something dark about those charcoal eyes that peer at her. For a moment he appeared like he possessed a child-like inquisitiveness, yet it seemed far darker and almost confusing. She does not know what exactly what to make of him. He reaches to feel the texture of her fur through those investigative fingers and she simply tolerates it, so long as he doesn't go poking her wound. She could not help but flash those threatening teeth. Even despite her inner wolf wanting to snap at those prying fingers for wiggling like worms where they don't belong. Yet she remained stoic sitting upon that medical examination table, the distraction made her forget all about that throbbing for the time being. That man's expression suddenly grows hard as stone before speaking, his words sounded disjointed somehow and yet she simply watches as time allows that previous tension to diminish.

Broken? She should have felt insulted, she casts him a look of sheer disdain, even as Raven corrected him, humour alight in her voice. She listened to the voice of the woman, her interest piquing at that name Frost, the very man that Tetradore had warned her about. Had Raven been a victim to that monster horse? Who would ever want to hurt such a kind-hearted soul? But she knew of this kind of cruelty and it was so very often those tender creatures were fodder to those malicious monsters. Monsters could come in all different packages, even if one would never imagine it being in the form of a horse.

Raven's efficient fingers move to work at bandaging her up, which was entirely overkill, but figured there was no harm in it. She noticed how the leopard man was entirely distracted by his own ripped jeans while she worked. Until those accusing eyes stare once more at the wolf, she looked at him square in the eye. What the hell did he claim to know? That she killed him? "He is dead, Tobi." He wouldn't be following or poisoning anyone ever again.

"I have heard of this Frost. Tell me, what do you know of him?" She asked to either, unable to help herself. She wanted to know whatever she could about the man with the moniker that provoked so much fear in the hearts of many. What she had garnered of this Frost was that she never wanted to cross paths with the equid. Not if she could help it.
