The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.
His actions surely seemed entirely light hearted as he so engaged his own Vector in a game of chance. His intentions, however, were anything but. He'd noticed well by now the time it took Henry to become accustomed to thinking of his form in the terms of four legs rather than two. Walking had taken effort, however, he hoped that a game might be enough to coax Henry to not necessarily think of how to move rather than to simply allow his body to do so naturally. His emerald eyes routinely glanced over his shoulder as he raced onwards, keeping an appropriate distance that allowed him to not only keep an eye on the fellow, but also to provide just enough of a target to encourage Henry to move. He could hardly subdue that smirk upon his features as he watched the boy attempt to jump over those fallen logs and weave around those trees in an effort to finish that makeshift obstacle course Tetradore so eagerly engaged him with. He was, however, pleased at how easily the man seemed to be progressing. Henry gained confidence, certainty, and soon enough Tetradore found himself allowing his ebony form to all out race.
He went on and on for sometime, his emerald eyes quickly scanning ahead, tasting those scents and, in turn, taking stock of his environment for the next challenge he intended to prose to his panther-creation. The feline stopped short, crouching down amongst those long blades of grass as he waited for Henry to join him. His nose twitched ever so slightly, his eyes narrowing upon that small, brown furry creature. Tetradore's thoughts so brushed against those of his companion's, informing him of not only the animal that hopped near by but also a singular deal. If Henry caught a rabbit, tonight's 'lesson' of sorts, would be over. The man seemed to eagerly take up that challenge, slowly creeping forward as his tail flicked behind him. Tetradore's emerald green eyes remained steady upon Henry as the boy so abruptly charged at the animals, those small creatures scurrying off in every direction. Slowly, the were-creatures rose upon his haunches, his eyes following the man as he dashed and dodged through the clearing.
It took several attempts before the panther finally pounced upon that rabbit, those large jaws enclosing upon the creature's neck. That scent of blood caused his nose to twitch. A small, subtle look of approval crossed his features as Henry picked up that rabbit, carrying it back towards where he was waiting. His gaze glanced down as the rabbit was dropped at his feet, those words uttered softly. Tetradore's head cocked to the side ever so slightly as he considered those words though, tonight, he was sure, was not the night to so challenge him. Instead, the feline nodded, picking up that rabbit in his own mouth as he turned upon his heels, leading the way out of the forest and back towards that warehouse. It was only once he'd ensured they were tucked behind those metal walls that Tetradore allowed that shift to overcome him, pulling Henry's own frame from that animal along with him. He moved towards that pile of clothes, redressing as he spoke. "Tomorrow, meet me here again - I think you should meet the rest of the pack if you're going to spend the Full Moon with us next month." He offered, hardly giving Henry the chance to respond before he slipped from that warehouse, leaving that man to that self-pity he seemed so keen to indulge in.
