West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Really the poor fractured minded wolf shouldn't have been along the warehouse district, but how could she resist? There was far too many things to do be doing either during the day or night. Being locked away in her home wasn't something she enjoyed. She couldn't be around others for such a long period of time, and so she fell back on the only thing she knew what to be. Being in this natural wolf form allowed her to forget about everything, if only for a moment. Even though the park was a far better place to be, she had learned her lesson when it came to wandering around in the dark woods. After her run in with the dark hunter and the strange witch, she came to the conclusion that the dark woods was not a safe haven for her. The warehouse district was the best place to be, even if it did come with its own hindrances. But, there were times when it came with its rewards as well. On this sunny afternoon she was being chased by two larger men, happily leaping over boxes or other by standing objects. In her jaws was a bright titanium object that swayed back and forth as her grey paws carried her ebony form across the docks. Turning her ebony head around, she let out a challenging bark as one of the men attempted to tackle her to the ground. Her fluffy ebony tail swayed back and forth with joy as she noticed him fall flat on his face. Lifting her head some, blue-grey eyes noticed how there was another group of men attempting to block her path down this particular alleyway. Ignoring them, she noticed large containers stacked on top of one another, with that familiar dark metal look of a hanging fire escape that led to the roofs. She was lucky that on this side of the warehouse district the roofs were conveniently close to one another, making the jumps much easier. As she ran, she was unaware that there was a fellow Were watching from an old abandoned pawn shop underneath a tattered awn.

Grey trimmed ears laced tightly against her ebony skull as she leapt on top of one of the counters heading for the fire escape, leaping on it and running up. Turning around she would place two grey paws on the edge of the roof, her tail swaying side to side, her chest puffed out with pride as she looked at the males below. As one attempted to climb up, the others decided it was best to break into the place and attempt to get to the roof to trap her. Shaking her head she headed for a nearby roof, and leapt making a wide circle, heading for the abandoned pawn shop. As soon as she reached the pawn shops roof she would lie low, her ears pricked forward as she heard the shouts of the men, angered that they had lost her somehow. Once she heard their voices start to fade away, walking back where they came she couldn't help, but let out a soft sigh. Slowly she slinked towards the door on the roof, changing to her human form. Grabbing the titanium necklace out of her mouth she placed it around her neck. This particular item belonged to her, or at least to her family name, and she didn't think anyone was allowed to keep it but her alone. It was not right, at least to her, that simple humans were allowed to carry around a treasured item. She had seen it worn around the female Alpha too many times, and now that they were gone, she felt she at least deserved to have it, as a simple reminder of the only kind soul she had before she was killed. Opening the door at the roof, she would silently close it, go down to the main floor of the old pawn shop and casually walking out the door, unbeknownst that the male was standing near it. She was too focused on her prize. As she walked out the front door, one hand was pulling down her black t-shirt bearing the scars on her flesh as her thumb brushed against the solid surface of the titanium piece, admiring the shine it kept, the snarling wolf etched within the dark metal remained. Lifting her head up she felt the presence of another, dropping the titanium pocket watch as it fell below her shirt. Taking a quick step back, slamming into the now closed front door, blue-grey eyes narrowed as she froze in place in shock and fear, looking for a way out.
