The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Tobias was a creature that preyed on any kind of fear, and if she could lessen it on Henry, then perhaps Tobias would behave...a little bit better. Henry held his hands up, his palms open a wide, a familiar submissive gesture. He smelled even more scared than before...which was what she was trying to prevent in the first place. The mention of Henry being taken and it being complicated was quite puzzling. Though really it wasn't something that they needed to know the details. It wasn't surpsing when the Leopard decided to mimic Henry's submissive gesture, the boy learning what he could through copying. She couldn't help, but flinch again as Tetradore introduced her as Tobias's girlfriend. Was that the only thing that Tetradore truly saw her as? Just a girl that slept with his best friend? Did nothing else matter? Of course she was happy to be Tobias' mate, but she thought she was more than just that to the pack. Whether Tetreadore assumed that title would feel like an underestimate of her worth or not, hardly mattered now. It's what she would be remembered as now. If there was one member in her pack she would be concerned about biting a human it was Tobias. Even in her feral state if she bit a human she'd most likely kill them, all on accident of course. But to know that it was Tetradore that made an unlikely scenario happen, well that was rather unexpected.
With a new member joining them, it led the lupine to question just where was her place within the pack. When Nadya and Tobias were the Betas of the pack, Raven felt as if she were the Omega, being treated without the familiar abuse from her old pack. Trying to show her worth she prepared the meals, she attempted to learn how the Ark ran, and helped Tetradore with his business, trying to show she could be something more if another joined the pack, maybe getting a rank above them. With Nadya gone and Tobias being the only Beta everything felt fine, there was no struggle in knowing where she was. Regan was hardly ever around, the Were-Tiger was constantly appearing for a few weeks and then disappearing for a few months. Regan considered herself the enforcer of the pack, but how could she be if she was never around? Henry was created by an Alpha and that seemed to almost make him like in a son in a way. There was little to no chance she'd hold a rank above an Alpha's creation, and somewhere in the back of her mind was a low snarl that did not want to accept this change. She was already the only female in the pack, since Regan hasn't been around for quite a while, and she was the only Were that wasn't a feline. She was the odd man out and somewhere deep down, she felt like the outsider in a pack she had been in for years.
As Tobias handed out the pieces of candy, she took the chocolate from him with a small smile. Unwrapping one of the pieces she placed it in her mouth, listening to her mate inquire about Henry and the fighting ring. Whatever concern she had for Henry and the desire to keep him calm and comfortable was slowly being ebbed away, by a growing instinctual need to place herself above him. Internally she was struggling to keep that more wolfish side of herself calm, keeping herself behind Tobias' chair, not daring herself to get closer to him, afraid she would attack. Of course she would never harm him to where his life would be endanger, but Raven was feeling a bit tense and anxious now. She needed to pacify that primal desire inside, but how? She had never been in this situation before. Unsure she held onto the back of Tobaias' chair, gently voicing out her own inquires, perhaps a bit more reasonable than Tobias', and hopefully not something stupid that would disappoint her Alpha again.
