West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Tetradore had always been a difficult soul to 'break'. That fire within the man had always flickered in an unwieldy fashion, refusing to snuffed out by the callous hand of his mistress. Even as a child, he had not accepted her cruelty as an absolute. Certainly he had shed his fair share of tears when he could not hold them in any longer, he'd accepted that his body was battered and bruised and yet, the next day he had still faced her with the same resilient rebelliousness. The man that stood before her now was still as unruly and strong as ever. Those his gaze had momentarily turned away from her at the acceptance of his defeat, Tetradore was hardly willing to give up that war. He might have lost that battle but the game was still very much on. A soft breath of air left his lips, the man so forcibly locking those emotions behind thick walls of layered steel as he turned his attention back towards her with renewed resolve. After all, it may have seemed as if he had more to lose now but...did he really? His girlfriend was gone. His sister was gone. Tobias had found his mate. He had prepared everything for this, for this eventual return to captivity, even if he refused to go without a fight. His best friend would accept no less from him, he was assured.

That term of endearment coaxed a curl to Tetradore's lip, even if he spoke rather little of his abhorrence at the notion of returning to her side. Surely, she would see that annoyance upon his features, and surely it too would come with it's own consequences and yet, in that moment, he hardly cared. Those words fell flatly from his lips, filled with almost a venomous tone as her own mouth curled into one of anger - of that simple look he knew far too well. That look often promised pain if he continued to press that line and yet, things were different now, were they not? Maybe he simply foolishly thought so. In those moments, it almost seemed as if her thoughts mirrored his own, commenting on her thoughts of his idiocy and yet, he regarded that assertion that he owed her everything with narrowed eyes. He could hardly help that defiant snort the left his nose, his lips parted to retort only to have that hint of her ability near slam into him, leaving the man momentarily breathless.

He'd almost forgotten what it felt like, that power that could pull his flesh off his very body. The hair upon the back of his neck stood on end and yet, he refused to allow her to see how that brush had shaken him, reminding him of all those years he'd spent within her grasp. Even despite that touch of that familiar affinity that had so brought about his captivity, Tetradore refused to be silenced. He declared with utter certainty that he refused to be her pet any longer. Truthfully, the man was hardly surprised she had little intentions of simply releasing him into the world that he had come from and yet, the moment that door and closed behind him, Tetradore had resolved himself to doing whatever was necessary to see that he left this building tonight. His eyes narrowed ever so slightly as she demeaned him with that mock pout, prompting that soft growl in the back of his throat, one that lacked the same ferocity that his feline vocal cords were capable of producing. Those keen emerald eyes watched her every movement, his eyebrows furrowed when she asked if he really had no notion of exactly how he owed her that very life he had been gifted. The answer he was given was hardly one he had expected, much less liked in the slightest.

He glanced down at the phoenix shaped necklace that still hung around his neck, the metal suddenly feeling entirely warm against his chest if only for the connection it held to that woman he so abhorred. His mouth parted, as if he intended to refute her only for the man to descend into silence, pressing his lips together in a hard line as he so considered the feasibility of that simple gift. His eyebrows furrowed, that frown deeply etched into those usually handsome features and yet, he had little to offer beyond that huffed exhale through his nose - at least, not until she voiced that notion that he had squandered his chance for freedom. That soft caress of her tongue caused the man to shift abruptly away from that caress, altogether aware of the fangs that hid beneath those painted red lips. "I did not 'squander' it." He stated with a noticeable hint of annoyance to those baritone lyrics. "I merely finally found someone capable of killing even you." His emerald eyes turned quite pointedly towards her and yet, in that moment, as her slender finger ran against the front of his shirt, he was entirely willing to let that smirk run across his features, even if his pride entirely stopped him from falling on bended knees to so beg for his freedom from that very man that had destroyed so much of his life. He refused to go from one jail to another and yet, Tetradore was more than willing to let her consider, even for a moment, that there might be someone more terrifying than even her.

He watched her fair features as she so considered those words and yet, Tetradore hardly expected the fashion at which that demand fell from her lips, that tone entirely enunciated with the clear indication that to disobey this would not come with the same forgiveness of all of his other slights. Even so, the were-King merely met those bright blue eyes with a hard stare of his own, considering those very options as he stood before her. He could almost feel that affinity just hovering there, prepared in a threatening fashion and yet, Tetradore merely found himself stepping closer towards her, so meeting the woman head on as his whole frame simply braced itself. "No." That singular word held some hint of vague authority to it, the kind he'd been accustomed to using with his subordinates of late, that near Alpha part of the man so flaring to life as his fingers reached up to wrap around that glowing stone. "If you want your damn necklace, you can have it." That trinket was perhaps the only thing he was willing to voluntarily offer her, the man entirely ready to face whatever sort of punishment she might have in store for his insolence, or so he thought.
