The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

He understood that attempt to display her pain. Her hands clutching at her head as her fingers near clawed at it, the boys own head tilting to the side as his own fractured thoughts made some effort to piece together that understanding of pain. Tobias capable only of what he had seen others do in turn. His reactions limited to what he had seen others do in some effort to mimic that behaviour around him. He remembered just what Tetradore had done that night he had torn open the flesh off his own leg, the boy scowling readily at the thought and yet it was that very notion that seemed to spark that movement from him once more. That command for Birdie to stay readily uttered as he hurried away from her and into their shared bedroom. He was hardly gone for terribly long and yet the sounds of those drawers being thrust open and papers and tossed and books scattered surely echoed down that hall and to the woman herself. Tobias a decidedly poor searcher whenever he chose to do as such without his own affinity. His fingers at last grasping that first aid kit that Raven herself kept within their room if only to take care of her own injuries. He had seen the woman use it. He had seen Tetradore use it. His mind connecting that pain with injury and that injury with a need of that box.
He hurried back to his mate then, that lanky deviant clearly distinctly pleased with himself as he held that box out proudly for her to examine. Those near muttered words he was met with seeing his features wrinkle once more. Tobias incapable, it seemed, of making that distinction between those garbled syllables and his own behaviour. While he readily understood her own struggling speech that muttering to herself seemed only to confuse him in that moment and yet, perhaps, he had so made that distinction between 'injury' and the way in which she failed to act as he had learned to anticipate. The boy a creature of habit if nothing else, Tobias so expecting those around to retain their own habits in turn. He fiddled readily with that box then, those Band-Aids pried open with perhaps a little too much force as they near scattered everywhere. His lips forming that snicker of sorts as if he took some delight from those fluttering items before one Band-Aid was pulled from the packaging as Birdie held that hot water bottle (that was probably not hot really) to her head.
That plastic was tossed to the floor in the same manner Tobias so often tossed anything he decided lacked usefulness, that Band-Aid itself stuck promptly to her forehead in the clear belief that such a singular action would surely repair that injury. That utter lack of change within his mate only seemed to prompt that confusion and in turn that irritation within himself. The boy assured those Band-Aids were also liars. Tobias hardly moving to prevent her tossing those objects into the crowd below where even he was assured they belonged. That sudden lunge from the chair however was entirely unexpected. Birdie leaping to run on all fours across the ground then, his own features utterly blank as he simply....watched. This did not seem fun. This did not seem a good game at all. That shout for jackal readily answered then, the little Mexican man appearing a moment later in front of her. That action seeming to send the young woman racing back and into his arms. Tobias near knocked off his feet by that impact as Jackal's Spanish was answered near fluently in his own. Those Spanish words, somehow, seeming to penetrate that language barrier in that moment before those lyrics returned to that stunted English.
"Birdie is.....pretending to be....dog....but is not time for pretending. She does not always....listen to me....and I think she will make....tetra angry. I think you should....fix- or I tell Tetra...that Jackal not....helping."
That threat to 'tell tetra' it seemed readily seemed to spark some reaction in the man. Tobias having learned long ago that the mere threat of the green-eyed man seemed to prompt others into action. For all his lack of language skills the young man was distinctly devious when he chose to be. Though whether Jackal held any true fear of Tetradore else he merely feared Birdie herself so ruining that Ark remained to be seen. Tobias simply allowing his arms to wrap about his mate in some instinctive need. Jackal's request to take her into the bedroom readily saw the boy shift, Tobias so attempting to guide Raven towards their bedroom, the woman seeming almost terrified as the boy merely scowled once more. His arms shifted, wrapping suddenly around her before hoisting her abruptly upward and into his arms. Tobias clearly content to carry the girl, his grip upon her tightening just in case she might attempt to struggle as he so finally managed to get her into that bedroom, releasing her gently upon the bed as Jackal hurried off once more. His affinity readily embraced her own, using that telekinesis to close the door just in case she tried to escape. The boy doing just as Jackal had said and keeping her within that room while the little man hurried to make up more of those potions.
"Biride....has to....stay here now."
His own form shifted to sit upon the side of that bed, the boy merely positioning himself between his mate and that door then, his position perhaps far more strategic then it appeared. His head so suddenly tilting then.
"Does birdie....want to see....trick?"
That she surely did not remained to be seen, the boy fishing that plastic sheep toy from his pocket only to hold it towards her, that door opening a moment later as jackal strode in with that drink. You will need to drink this, Miss Raven. That Raven most likely would not be willing to drink it had surely occurred to the little Mexican, the man so having sought to have Tobias distract her, that little toy perhaps failing miserably.
"Is ok...Birdie.....just have to drink it."
