The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The ring was quite stunning. Silently she admired the ring, happy to see how it looked. She could hardly believe that within her hand was a black box that contained her engagement ring. An engagement ring. It seemed so surreal. A man actually proposed to her. If anyone had told her this would happen when she was just a young pup she wouldn't have believed them. In fact she would have chastise them for lying to her and attempting to bring her false hope. It actually happened. Raven couldn't believe it. It was...well, she couldn't really describe it. It was all far too much for her to handle. She had the proposal. The ring was presented. All that was left to do was for her mate to slip the engagement ring on her finger. Gently she suggested to the boy that he ought to place the ring on her. After all it appeared that he wanted to do all that seemed to be the normal thing to do in all situations. Why not also a proposal? Explaining to him the next step she waited quite patiently, holding her breath. As he began to place the ring on her finger, a sudden jolt rushed through her, as the metal touched her skin. Raven went entirely still as she watched tentatively. Those tears began resurface as another drop fell, her smile growing wide. His comment that she ought to be was replied with a soft inhale and quick exhale, her breathing slowly returning to normal. She would slide one arm around, leaning into him, grinning as her eyes darted to the ring again, no, her ring. Nodding her head she extended her hand so that he could touch the ring to, perhaps he was quite shocked too. She couldn't help but grin at the mention of cake. Of course her fiancé would be looking forward to the food.
His cheeky kiss was returned with a gentle kiss of her own. Her other arm would wrap around his shoulder as she brought him down on top of the bed. Her nose would brush against his own in a tender fashion as she gradually got herself underneath. Softly she whispered to him as she wrapped her arms around him, looking straight into his dark eyes.
She would kiss him gently as the rain continued to pound the window, the water slamming down, as the thunder growled and the lightning flashed. The she-wolf was quite content to spend the rest of her morning with her fiancée.
