The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Gently she would tug her tail wanting the cub to let it go. Her cold black nose would gently poke to cub encouraging It to let go. Blue-grey eyes shifted to see her Alpha bear his own fangs in warning. He wasn't going to come and attack the innocent creature, was he? Perhaps he was only trying to scare the cub, which really, shouldn't be hard to do. The moment her tail was free she took a step back, away from the creature, even though internally she wanted to go towards it. Hearing him urgently speak she nodded her head, understanding the necessity to leave. Even though its Mother was nearby she still didn't want to leave him all alone. Unable to disobey Tetradore's demand that they leave she walked towards him, only to see him staring face to face with another bear cub. Raven couldn't help, but mentally giggle at such a comedic encounter. They were surrounded by bear cubs with a Mother bear near of them. This wasn't a laughing manner and yet it was still a bit funny. Though such hilarity was snuffed out the moment a long dark shadow appeared on the ground. Slowly she turned her head around to see the Mother towering before them, and immediately bolted out of there without another thought. Dashing through the tall grasses she didn't care how her paws slammed into the soggy ground, causing a ruckus. The need to be silent was unnecessary. All that really mattered was that they were far away from the bear family.
Ending up on the other side of the lake without the mother bear behind them the lupine assumed that they were safe in this area. Walking towards the water she smacked it towards her Alpha in a teasing and playful gesture. The point of the trip was to have a bit of fun not necessarily put their lives in danger. The sun did them a disservice by helping the mud grow dry and cling firmly to their fur. Perhaps her Alpha wouldn't mind to use the water to wash himself off. If she had smacked water at her mate and his best friend, they would have had to deal with his disgust and sour mood. With a wag of her tail, she crouched down a bit in play, hoping that he would indulge her on this escapade of fun. That shake of his head was enough for her to know her apology was accepted. It was only when he threw her a mischievous look that made her a bit hesitant. She wasn't afraid, but she was curious about what he was thinking. Tilting her dial to the side at his inquiry she couldn't help, but chase after him as he leapt into the water. Her tail swished side to side as she rushed after him, making a measly leap into the water.
Happily she kicked her legs forward attempting to keep her head up over the water. It was a whole lot more effort to keep herself afloat than she was used to doing. Swimming was not an activity she was accustomed to doing. Though she could prove the cat wrong and 'doggy paddle,' eagerly going in circles for a moment to get that familiar rhythm going. Once she felt a bit more confident in herself she eagerly followed after him. Catching up to him she playfully snapped at his tail, purposefully not catching it.
She was much smaller compared to the ebony panther. She wasn't that powerful of a swimmer like him, but she was still capable of keeping herself above the water. Her attention would shift from the large cat towards the feeling of something swimming between her legs. Startled she looked around noticing they were surrounded by muddy colored fish coming to the surface, their many fins and strong tails smacking into them. Apparently they were swimming in their feeding grounds. Her eyes would shift over towards him as she proposed an idea.
