The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It was that very tension within the room that seemed to draw the boys dark gaze upward and away from his children, his fingers ceasing to push those little cars as he stood, Tobias showing at least some measure of care for his offspring as he placed those toys back beside them and moved to make his was across the room the eye that fluttering white paper that seemed to be the cause of that...displeasure. He had become used to that tension whenever Tetradore and Nadya were within the same room, the deviant boy decidedly astute when it came to understanding that which remained unsaid even despite his near inability to understand those words or emotions at large. Tobias near notorious for picking up upon those more instinctive reactions. The sheer amount of time he spent in Tetradore's company alone assuring the Leopard so often simply understood that other man near wordlessly. That subtle...displeasure within Tetradore that had become apparent to him through those raised words seeing the boy move at last to peer down at that paper. His own head tilted, the boy largely ignoring that exchange between his adopted siblings. His mind seeming near desperate to make some attempt to understand those words, that shift within the boy nearly entirely un-noticeable and yet those words suddenly seemed to find him with a clarity and assurance entirely rare. Tobias, for once, speaking with near no stutter to that sentence as he simply declared that 'Frost' could hardly be the man's name. At least, not his real one. It couldn't be. No contract worth the paper it was written on without a real signature.
His gaze glanced upward and toward Tetradore once more, those dark eyes meeting the striking emerald green of his favoured companion. Tetra, in the least, seeming to hold some understanding of just what he was saying. Nadya's voice interrupting any further efforts that shaggy-haired deviant may have made to continue to speak. The woman promptly assuring him that just because he had named the man Cabello hardly meant that it was his true name before attempting to shoo him away. Tobias staring at her near blankly for several moments as if hardly understanding her in any sense. Had he named him that? He almost...didn't remember. The young man seeming to struggle to cling to that sanity that seemed to have found his mind in those moments. Though why, here and now, he had achieved any sort of mental logic remained to be seen. His head shook as if to dispel those thoughts. His words perfectly formed once more and nearly lacking that stutter.
"Tetradore is Aiden. Frost....must be something too."
Whether or not the woman understood just what he was trying to say remained to be seen. Tobias unaware of that true name of the equine or that promise between Nadya and Frost himself not to use it- that name for her alone to call the stallion by. His gaze glanced to Tetradore once more, assured his companion understood in the very least before Nadya's words seemed to grow irritable again. The young woman declaring she had no intention of leading either of them to her pack home as if fearing it might be they who started something. They whom had never done anything to interrogate the stallion to begin with. Tobias' head tilting once more before his arms folded across his own chest, his features shifted into a scowl then.
"I can find him."
That ability, after all, to find anyone or anything he desired would surely be easily employed to pinpoint the location of the stallion- at least if Tetradore desired it from him. The pair hardly needing Nadya for that at all. Tobias simply fell silent again as Nadya's voice became stiff with a demand for that assurance they would stay away from Frost- a being they had never before made any intention to go near to begin with. Tetradore, it seemed, seizing onto that very understanding in the same moment. His own Alpha's words hardly impolite as they were offered and yet even Tobias remained aware of the firmness behind them. If peace was going to exist between those packs then surely it was Tetra and Frost alone who could decide it? Nadya, as an envoy, holding little sway without Frost's physical presence to back up those written words even though the woman surely meant well and perhaps believed she was the better choice to speak with them to begin with. Tetradore seeming to accept no less. Tobias' own voice softer then as he regarded the woman before him in that silence that followed.
"Thank you for....bringing it...Nadya- but it was Tetra and Frost who fought that day. If Frost has something to say he needs to say it to Tetra himself with his voice- not his words on paper."
His hand reached for that paper then, holding it gently back out to that woman to take home to the boyfriend she had chosen over Tetra and himself. His hand withdrawing only once she took it. That moment of sanity, it seemed, hardly seeming to cling to him any longer, his features shifting slightly as if almost in some sort of pain as his head simply shook. His gaze passing between the two once more before his fingers lifted to that desk to trace the cracks in the wood as if they demanded his attention somehow.
