West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

TRYING NOT TO WASTE MY TIME

Werewolves, vampires, witches, ghosts. They were make-believe, even when Benjamin had been small he had not believed in such things. They were left to stories like that Twilight series his sister, Caroline, had read. Or restricted to Harry Potter. Those were the types of things that people dressed as for Halloween. They weren't real. It did not even cross Benjamin's mind for a single moment hat hiding in the shadows of Sacrosanct were many of these things. Weres who changed into feline and canine forms, vampires who could drain the blood of a human from a single vein, witches and warlocks casting spells over the elements.

He think any of these sort of things are possible.
Oh Benji, poor soul, you will find out all in due time.

So as she shrugs and then widen her dark eyes, Benjamin just continues to stare at her curiously, amber eyes occasionally darting off to the side in an attempt to alleviate some of the awkwardness he was feeling. But then she coughs and Benjamins breathes a silent sigh that the strange unspoken words between the two could remain unspoken, for now at least. He is not thinking of her species because, from what he can see, she is the same species as him: human. Nothing else exists, she cannot be a vampire, or a werewolf, or a witch. She is human, just like him.

Well, so he thinks at least.

Her retort is to simply snort at him, picking up on his attempt to merely brush the action off. As she speaks, a single word catches his attention, she called him silly. Silly. No one has called him that except for Caroline, when she would ruffle his hair and perhaps take him in a hug. None-the-less, coming from her lips and her tone of voice, Benjamin finds the way she speaks to him endearing. "Maybe I just wanted to show you my hand," he says, as a crooked smile dares to lift its way onto his face. "Had it since I was born," he says and then his face turns into an expression of 'Oh my god, did I really just say that?' Amber eyes dart away once more and he reaches his hand upwards to brush through his hair, wanting both him and her to forget what he just said. What a stupid joke, seriously. Still, hopefully it would distract her enough to get him out of the handshake conversation.

As she tilts her head he isn't quite sure how to respond. No, he didn't live here, with all this abandoned warehouse, who the hell would live here? Benjamin feels himself getting tetanus just from staring at all the old buildings. But then she grins and her dark eyes light up at the mention of college. But the name she says gives Benji no recognition. Did she not understand the chances of knowing someone on his campus were slim to none? But, not wanting to be rude, he simply shakes his head. "No, uh, sorry, I don't know her," he says. "And yeah, it is a place you go to get smart, well, try to at least," he says with a small laugh escaping his lungs. As a smirk touches her lips, he is relieved she doesn't find him rude, he returns her smirk with a mock scowl with the question of him being scared. The puppy licks his face once more, severely breaking any chance he has at seeming even remotely macho. Benjamin tries, but he cannot suppress another puff of laughter that rushes passed his lips towards Melia. "You know what," he says with a little shrug. "I think I could use a body guard this afternoon," his eyes glow in a teasing fashion. "What way are you headed? We can walk together?" He says, leaving his last remark as a question, unsure if she would want the company.
