The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The woman was splattered with blood from head to toe, though the hood drawn over her head hides that stark white hair, it can still be seen spattered on her pale face. As she barrels down the street, her breathing even in her ears, she tracks the fleeing man by sight, the man hardly gaining much distance in front of her and yet, she was not closing any distance between them either. Cursing inwardly, she doubles her speed only to skid to a halt as she watches a dark haired woman grab the man's foot, only to send him face first into the ground, a resounding crack echoing through the alleyway. A humorless grin etches into her pale features as she slows to a walk and saunters over to the two, the man groaning in pain sprawled out on the ground while the woman hisses down at him in an unfamiliar language. Brows arching in curiosity, she slips those deadly daggers back into her boots, hardly caring if this strange new woman saw.
Standing there, she plants a hand on her hip firmly, pulling her head back to reveal that stark white braid and the splattering of blood strewn about it. Casting the drunken woman a sly look, icy eyes travel to the man still face first on the ground, perhaps he had been knocked unconscious. Shrugging at the thought, icy gaze returns to the woman, brows arched with dry humor. "Well, thanks for that," her voice drawls out lazily as she regards the woman openly, not caring what she thought of the blood spattered assassin. "You saved me from working out," she cackles as she steps around the woman only to reach down and grasp at the man's collar, yanking him to his feet, his face entirely delirious. When he comes to, he blinks slowly at Vhalla before realizing that she had finally caught up to him.
Tsking at him through clenched teeth, she blatantly ignores the woman now as terror engulfs the man, whimpering pitifully as the assassin practically drags him farther into that alleyway. "You knew it was coming, that's why you don't cross Ivan," she shrugs at him half heartedly before her eyes snag on the woman again, realizing she hadn't left. Frowning in her direction, she takes her attention away from the man only briefly to watch the dark haired lady. "Run along, I'm sure you don't want to be present for this," Vhalla calls to her, making a shooing motion with her hand as she dismisses the girl. Icy blue eyes travel back to the cowering man who she proceeds to toss like he was nothing more than garbage, and truly, he was. "You're nothing more than Ivan's whore," he spits out in an attempt to swallow his fear.
His statement merely brings a cruel smile to Vhalla's lips, "Call me what you want but you're still not leaving here alive. I value my own life more than some weapons trader. You wouldn't be in this situation if you had listened to him," Vhalla shrugs casually, leaning down to remove those two hunting daggers from her boots. "I'll make it painless if you just tell me who your buyers were," she says sickly sweet, stepping forward as the man crawls backwards, only to press his back into the wall, that terror dripping from his features though there is a bit of defiance that raises to his eyes. Spitting at her, he provides a glare that has Vhalla sighing at him. "Fine then, have it your way."
