The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Truthfully, Tetradore could scarcely imagine the often reckless spitfire in the world at large. She was often rash and impatient, to the point that he had, at times, questioned her feasibility as an assassin. He hardly doubted her in the slightest when she admitted that she was, perhaps, too much for the world, though he had not quite realized it was the loneliness that came with such foreign travels that she spoke of. That talk of her travels, however, quickly brought that conversation back to Ivan and the very man who had so stolen her away from him to begin with, not that he terribly faulted the vampire for doing so. Admittedly, it was likely in Ivan's best interest. If Tetradore had decided to pursue Vhalla, the man's death would certainly have been on the top of his priorities list. As it was, however, Tetradore had found himself decidedly distracted in her absence with the revitalization of his own mistress. He hadn't expected her to address the day she left, much less the conversation they'd been having but moments before her rather abrupt departure. That assurance that she could hardly stop thinking of him, even when halfway across the world, however, caused little more than a small frown upon his lips.
Tetradore tried to brush off Vhalla's admittance with the simple assurance that she shouldn't say such a thing lest Ivan sent her away yet again. Unfortunately for him, she was all too attentive to his attempts to avoid that conversation at large. That weak chuckle that left her lips, however, told him well enough that she knew of his efforts. He watched as she leaned back in her chair, altogether certain that she would be remaining within the metropolis' city limits. That small shrug on her shoulders caused his eyebrows to raise ever so slightly, the man leaning his cheek against the palm of his hand. "I can't imagine why." He responded in an all too blunt fashion. After all, with his power upon the young woman still strongly intact, it wasn't as if he had to worry much without Tetradore's involvement. Still, maybe he was equally as concerned with Vhalla finding someone else of equal or greater strength and determination to undo the vampire's hold on her. Those emerald eyes fluttered towards the young woman at that singular word that left her lips and yet, Tetradore was hardly prepared for the sudden boldness and insistence to pursue that fragile relationship they had only just been building.
A soft sigh left his lips at those words she offered him, his hand reaching up to run through those dark brunette locks. His gaze shifted away from her, that uncertainty quite clear upon his features. He knew what would happen if he said yes. He knew what the results of that would be and frankly, seeing her dead, bleeding body beneath his ebony paws was the last thing he wanted. "Vhalla..I..." He started, pausing for a soft breath of air before he tried again, this time glancing up at her with a small, sad simper on his features. "It would be dangerous for you to be with me." He stated almost bluntly. "I couldn't bear to see you dead." It was hardly descriptive as to why the man was so striving to put her at an arm's length. "Things are...so complicated now Vhalla. I just...I can't." He uttered softly, his head shaking ever so slightly. The last thing he wanted was for Vhalla to be discovered by Risque. He was already floundering to keep Tobias and Raven safe from her - to too attempt to hide her, to consider her falling prey to him...it was just too much to consider.
