The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Raven remembered all too well the night that she had nearly attacked Alexis. For such a kind-hearted soul it would seem unbelievable that she was capable to transform into such a terrible beast. She was not one to attack, not without a justifiable cause. However, when her mind starts to become clouded by her feral handicap, it was just enough of a push to make her act so unlike her. Luckily, the haze didn't last very long. The scarred lupine was capable of keeping herself away from Alexis, attacking herself before she would lay her claw or teeth on the small scarlet fox. It was rare for her to have a small dose of control while succumbing to her ailing mind, but it would be best if in the future Alexis simply ran and hid. Raven had no idea what she would do if she woke up from her crazed haze and saw she had severely injured Alexis, or worse killed her. It pained her to even think of such things, but that was something that she had to worry about. Though today she would not feel that familiar buzz, those dark tendril thoughts were locked away, at least, for the time being. Shifting back into her human clothed form a slow nod would be given to the brunette, satisfied to hear that everything was fine on her part. However, a small frown would make its way to her disfigured features when Alexis mentioned the feline that had accompanied them on their shopping trip. Tobi hadn't said anything about Nadya's whereabouts either and she could only assume the girl was fine. But, she was caught by the sailors and brought to a zoo for a breeding program and she hoped Nadya wasn't stuck there. Crossing her arms after helping Alexis to her feet, she would lift her head looking towards the ocean, eyes watching the ships heading for the dock muttering gently.
"Agreed. Perhaps we should look for her later tonight, just to make sure."
They were not pack. They had no need to be responsible for Nadya. Yet it was that basic internal instinct that was kicking into overdrive. Helping Nadya that night she entered the warehouse caused a few tiny threads began to wrap around the WerePanther. They had eaten together, they had slept together with Tobi, and it had caused the wolf to fill that void she had. Tobi and Alexis were filling most of it, and there was a little bit of Chemi in there as well, but it was a part of her nature to attach herself to others. Unable to bond with her pack her internal wires were out of whack and they were sinking into others when there was no need to do so in the first place. She had no pack and it would seem her primal instincts was trying to fix that with various individuals. One particular individual was with her quite frequently and with that came Raven's capability of knowing when she was being snuck up on. The WereLeopard always did enjoy playing jokes on her and trying to get her riled up and so she picked up a sense to prepare herself when he was nearing her. Though today he was being replaced by another, this one a wily fox. Her shoulders tensed upwards as she felt Chemi get close to her, and without a flinch from her 'Boo' she would turn her head towards the girl, pulling some of her golden-brown curly locks from her eyes, an easy smile given to her.
"Hello Chemi this is my friend. Alexis, you remember Chemi, the silver fox that bit Lucian."
Her head would tilt to the side eyeing a wary Alexis and she would step to the side allowing the girl to be closer. A quiet way of reassuring the young woman that Chemi was fine. Well, sort of. Chemi did end up getting Raven to run for her life through the alleyways of the warehouse district to get away from a couple of drunk men, after Chemi wanted to play 'trash can bowling.' That entire event deserved its own Rhapsodomancy. That incident sparked another memory, as an all-knowing look was given to the mischief fox.
"Have you been immersing yourself in trouble, I've caught your scent at the Devil's Den...my feline friend isn't pleased."
