The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

There was little that so thoroughly seemed to satisfy that lanky delinquent near so much as those moments in which Tetradore indulged him in those childish games- the very sort they had played as children so seated around their Mother's kitchen table. His mind, it seemed, so easily diverted back to that near youthful innocence in those moments in which something so simple as catching that food seemed to bring about that playful nature. Yet, that game hardly lasted to long before the sound of another drew his attention toward the door. His dark gaze fell upon the young vixen as she wandered in. For several long moments the Leopard remained content to merely eye the young woman, his mind rapidly attempting to place her, to piece together those fractured bits of memory that so made up his conscious thought. The packs relationship with Alexis a decidedly...unusual one, largely thanks to Frost, and yet Tobias was nothing if not a curious creature in every sense. His actions as unpredictable as his moods. Today, it seemed, he held little aggression for the woman at all. The feel of that pack bond that bound them merely seeing the boy glance between Alexis and Tetradore as if to confirm that very thing before the Beta seemed to accept her presence and position within that pack itself. That nickname he had always used for her promptly declared before that container of food either himself or Tetradore wanted was pushed towards her upon the clear instruction she was required to eat all those chicken feet to be a part of the pack.
His own head tilted readily to the side in a fashion near dog-like as he eyed her, the boy so possessing that disturbing habit of failing to blink whenever something held his attention. Tobias waiting for the young woman to do as she had been asked. That 'deal' of sorts unexpected and yet the feline so delighted in 'deals' of any kind. His head abruptly nodded in response, though whether or not he truly understood that offer remained to be seen. His gaze flicking then from those chicken feet, to Alexis and back again before those stuttered words managed to pass his lips.
"Will...eat what....Pretty brings, yes. Now....eat that."
Whether or not he truly intended to eat what Alexis brought remained to be seen, Tobias attempting something of a smile once more despite how truly bizarre that look appeared. His own attention returned to his plate, the boy plucking another slice of rainbow beef from his plate just as Henry appeared. The newest edition to that table afforded Tobias' gaze for several moments and yet the Leopard had long since accepted Henry's presence. The other man was Tetradore's property, after all, of that Tobias was sure and that alone so prompted Tobias' own tolerance off him in turn. Henry knew his place and as such, the lanky leopard hardly minded his presence.
"Hen-rrrrry."
Whether or not the utterance of the mans name was meant as a greeting or indeed Tobias merely felt the need to say it remained to be seen. His own dark eyes focused back upon his food and those foods those around him had selected. The leopard notorious from pilfering from others plates when given the chance. The emergence of Raven in turn seemed to prompt that odd, lopsided grin to his features again. That food he had saved for her pushed towards her then as she thanked Tetradore and himself for that dinner. His gaze watching the two women then as Alexis hurriedly stood to embrace Raven- the woman hugging in that moment in a manner that only seemed to baffle the leopard as a snort of sorts was forced from him. Tobias turning back to Tetradore beside him and Henry across from him.
"Always.....girls are hugging....always......this is...because....girls are...w...werid. We....should not.....get any.....more girls for....pack. Too....much hugging."
