West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

world so dark, finger on the trigger

That banquet table filled with it's finger food was nothing short of a blessing in disguise, as far as Tetradore was concerned. Those delicacies had successfully managed to secure the entirety of his Beta's attention, freeing the Alpha from fretting over containing the deviant's often peculiar habits. Though Tetradore had long ago accepted that the boy's animal half had a far greater grasp upon him than that human one, it had a tendency to be...problematic when attempting to fit in with the high-class gatherings such as this. It wasn't often that Tetradore made any effort to appear of higher social class than he was, after all, the were-King could easily be compared to a crime lord, but tonight was distinctly special. His emerald eyes remained stationed upon the man at the front of the room as he spoke of how the car industry had changed over the last year, much less the thanks the congregation as a whole deserved for their contributions and the promise of concept vehicles that would surely entice their fancies. It was those vehicles that had prompted the man's presence today - those first editions of sports cars to come in the next ten years, with the promise of a glimpse of some of the manufacturer's branching into the military field. He had been intrigued.

It was only Tobias' voice and the roll of...white....stuff thrust in his face that drew Tetradore's attention away from the announcer. His nose twitched ever so slightly at the sushi roll in vague curiosity of it, having never seen anything quite like this before. That scent of fish was particularly poignant, even despite the form in which in came. He was, at the very least, relatively certain that the pair would enjoy the dish. Fish, in any form, was something they were particularly predisposed to, thanks to those feline tendencies that flowed through their blood. Though he still was unsure of what, exactly, that fish was, he could at least agree that Tobias was sure to enjoy it. His own interest in food, however, was decidedly short lived as the presenter moved to unveil the very first of the many line of vehicles that would grace the floor this evening, that armoured car prompted nothing short of a glimpse of awe upon even the were-King's features. The thick metal sides, the machine gun conveniently located at the top, hell, the sheer size of the vehicle was something to behold.

He trailed in the wake of his best friend as Tobias moved closer towards the car, only for a security guard to step out in front of the pair. It was clear that the guard was meant to keep the public away from the vehicle and yet, even he could not deny just how tempting that car was. Tetradore's emerald eyes turned from the vehicle, however, entirely prepared for the possible consequences of his wayward Beta to be told 'no'. That very word was one he knew well was more akin to a taunting than a rule to be followed. He was almost surprised by the sudden offering of that fish cake, as Tobias had called it, not that he knew what it was to name it differently. That glance of disbelief upon the guard's features was quickly followed by blatant lack of amusement. Someone hadn't gotten the memo on how to share. Thankfully, they were not the only ones mystified by that vehicle, another, far younger man further down fully intended to get his hand upon the car, quite literally. Frankly, it was the guard's first mistake to believe that pair of upstanding appearing citizens had any intentions of leaving that car show empty handed.

His gaze briefly shifted from Tobias towards the security guard, assuring himself that the man was no longer interested in them before he quickly stepped behind his best friend, following him out of view and on the opposite side of the large vehicle. Tetradore's own fingers gingerly reached out, brushing against that cold metal in an inquisitive fashion. He could only imagine what the inside must be like. Slowly, he leaned forward towards that window, glancing at those vague shapes he could make out behind the darkly tinted windows. His emerald eyes shifted towards Tobias as the boy compared that car to their video games, only to declare his want for it - a desire even Tetradore found himself mirroring, regardless of the question of what exactly they would do with such a vehicle in the first place. The were-King nodded in ready agreement, only to inform his companion of that level of stealth that would surely be required for such a mission. After all, if anyone saw that military vehicle leaving, they were sure to come after it with a vengeance. That scowl upon Tobias features was quite clear in that moment, only to come up with his own quickly hatched plan.

Tetradore's eyebrow rose at the idea of prompting that chaos within the crowd only to...what? His gaze traveled towards the security guard, following Tobias' finger only for those pieces of that haphazard plan to fall into place. Great. Just what he needed. Murder on top of thievery. Although it was perhaps not new, it was a bit.....much. That simple look upon his features clearly showed his own thoughts of this plan, that glare alone clearly prompted a level of disappointment within the boy as those words were muttered abruptly towards him. "Stealth is not optional for this mission, Tobias." He retorted, resorting to those very instructions their videogames so often used, ones he knew the boy would understand even despite that huff he was given. Tobias always enjoyed running into any situation to provoke maximum damage whenever given the opportunity. It was, perhaps, unsurprising that such would be his first plan here too. He watched as Tobias' fingers moved, tapping against the tinted windows with clear consideration.

That second proposal was far, far better than the first, and certainly more feasible. At the very least it would allow them to stay inside the car whilst the event was shut down and provide ample time to escape with the vehicle in tow. For a brief moment, his hand rose to rub against the stubble on his jawline as he considered the semantics of such an idea, only to nodd ever so slightly in agreement. "We can make that work....let's wait closer towards the end of the show though. I heard Lamborghini came with a new concept car I want to see. Bugatti made an appearance too, they might have something neat." Although he was wholly committed to this impromptu thievery, there was no reason he could not enjoy the show, or the other vehicles they had come to see. Besides, if they were going to stay after hours, maybe another more....useable toy might catch their eyes. Their collection could always use an expansion. It had been far too long since the last sports car had joined that large garage upon the Ark.
