The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Her words were spoken gently with a shrug of her shoulders. Raven wasn't chastising him for not being close with his own family. It didn't bother her and she doubted it bothered anyone. Everyone was different. All of them knew they were a family, they knew they were connected, but that didn't mean they couldn't be their own person. Everyone was different. Everyone had their quirks. If Henry didn't want to be close to others or talk a lot about himself then that was his choice and there was nothing wrong with it. It's not like any of them poured out their heart and soul to Henry. It takes years not months to develop a sort of trust with others. With Henry it would be no different. For all the years she knew her own little family there wasn't much she told them. Only what they needed to know and nothing more. The difference between her and Henry in their solitude ways was that she was willing to connect and be close to their family, it was an effort she wished to see more in Henry. And yet she respected his space knowing that when he was ready he would come along. Although she didn't think he would whisk her away from her bedroom to start trying to connect now.
Quietly she listened to the novice Were speak about the man he loved. It was quite interesting and it sounded almost like one of those romantic novels or those television soap operas The two of them had lived together and their memories of each other were erased, but they still came together. Was that how soul mates worked? They could find each other again no matter what. Is that how it worked during one's life time, or did that transcend through each timeline the two were on this world together. Her Fae King believed in soul mates and she was a bit doubtful about the idea. Her Fae Kings' Father was the one that said she and Tobias always found one another, sometimes as lovers, other times as not. This example between Henry and this Sterling was just another one to ponder about. Although not now. Speaking up she spoke gently responding to his stories.
As the love story about Sterling came to an end she listened to another story about a tale with a female coyote. There was very little that she knew about her. The coyote that was not one of them. Alexis was a well-known friend to the pack before she became a family member. This Malia was not necessarily friends with all of them. She was a stranger. Was this the same coyote she saw that didn't think herself as a human or a Were? The way Henry talks about it simply adds up to that fact. The way Henry was teaching Malia to be human reminded her of her own teachings with her mate. Although he was human, and knew he was human, that wilder side of him hardly wished to follow through the social norms of society. Some things were difficult to teach like silverware, he was forbidden to hold them, after he stabbed another with a knife. The boy refused to wear shoes. He hated that type of clothing. And hygiene. The boy despised water immensely. Bath time was not fun, and yet, she figured out a way to help get him to stand in the shower long enough to get cleaned. Raven was a woman and she wouldn't put it past her to use her womanly way. Listening to Henry admit that he had slept with the girl was answered quickly with a low growl as her eyes narrowed. One time would seem like an honest mistake, but doing it multiple times, it seemed and sounded like more. Folding her arms she replied hotly.
Well? It was the cold hard truth! If he was sneaking around to sleep with Malia, while still in some sort of relationship with a man, then he was confusing himself and his panther half. Not to mention he was hurting Sterling and Malia at the same time. Woman were emotional creatures. Sex was a way to bond and form that relationship with another that included an emotional connection. Could men not understand that? Could men not even see that! It seemed clear to her, but maybe that was because she was a woman. Getting up she began to pace, moving across his bed back and forth. Shaking her head she continued her pacing, her dial lifting to turn to him, her voice still firm.
