The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Tonight was a lonely night, as most nights seemed to be nowadays. He missed cuddled in bed with Sterling. He missed their dates. But most importantly, he simply missed Sterling. A lot had happened recently, enough to make any man insane. And yet, he was powering through it, determined to kick his kitty's ass so he could return to the one man who meant more to him than life itself. But tonight, tonight he found himself alone in the ark, laying in bed and staring up at the ceiling. The gentle sound of the water lapping up against the metal boat was a lulling noise and it helped him sleep at night.
But there was something about tonight that was different. For some reason, he couldn't sleep. His body was too wired, too strung out for him to do much of anything. His brain was thinking about too many things and yet nothing at all. He needed something to distract him.
It was then that he heard a shout from his alpha, a shout meant for Raven. Something about Regan being back. He shrugged. He'd never met Regan â€" never even heard the name. It was probably just someone the pack was friends with before he came along. There were days he felt strange in this pack â€" as if he had missed some vital lessons. He tried not to let it bother him, but he couldn't help but feel on the outskirts.
His thoughts were interrupted by a distinct pull...something he was still getting used to. Tetradore was calling them, probably something to do with this Regan chick. And yet, Henry felt compelled to follow. He didn't quite know what would come of this meeting, but he had a feeling he would be meeting someone new. But what made him more uneasy than meeting a stranger...was knowing that he was called forth in his feline form. Now that Tet knew he could shift on his own, there was far less help from him. It was a great thing that he was slowly getting the hang of everything...but at the same time, he wished he still had his training wheels there to catch him when he fell. Nothing about shifting was perfection, perhaps that's why it took longer for Henry to join the group.
Feet swung over the bed and he sat up, sighing as he finished undressing and folding his clothes neatly on the bed beside him. He took a nervous breath in, allowing the shift to overtake him. It was still uncomfortable and painful, but he was getting better at it. It would just take time.
And as he stood in his bedroom as a feline, he spent several good long moments trying to convince his feline part to not go rogue. Again, this was also a work in progress, but far less successful than simple shifting. Tet still had to push his cat back. But tonight, Henry was fighting hard, he would not ask for help. No doubt Tet could feel the inward struggle as Henry tried to regain control.
Finally, after a few moments, the panther was under control. Unlike the rest of the pack, he did not rush towards the meeting, he came slow and steady. His grace in his form was getting better, but he still struggled with things like climbing trees. Good thing there weren't any trees in the Ark.
As he finally made his exit, blue eyes searched the gathering of animals. He stayed back, behind Tet and Tobi while still watching the new faces. Who were these new faces? He knew Raven, Tobi, and Alexis...but the others were new scents, new faces. Had he really been lacking that badly that he'd missed TWO members of his pack? Oh well, perhaps time would tell.
