West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Well, this was all quite unusual. Typically when someone wanted to speak to management they would always call out her Alpha by name. Even when she was capable of solving their problems they dismissed her. Raven was bothered a little bit by their treatment. She could solve their issue and she was always willing to listen to their plight. Raven understood why they would want her Alpha's presence, he was the King of the West, and she was nothing more than a subordinate. However, if they wanted to deal with a man that was grumpy sometimes or barely gave them his undivided attention then so be it. Whenever she was brushed aside she would try to rebut, but by that time they had already walked past her and made a loud commotion to draw the panther out. She would let them speak their case and watch as they were ignored by him or not given any sort of solution to their dilemma. Now if they would have made her case to her she would have tried to fix the situation. So, it was extremely abnormal that someone would curtly brush off her Alpha's presence and put their entire attention squarely upon her. Was she amused? Absolutely! Was she excited? Of course! Blue-grey eyes would shift towards Tetradore as she gave him a small shrug, not quite sure why Carolina's focus would be on her and not him.

Perhaps it was because she was the only one between the two of them that encountered the snow-leopard. It had been years since she saw the woman. They had only crossed paths once, and it was a memorable one. You don't easily forget someone sneaking around. Raven asked around and she was rewarded with answers. Sometimes belonging to a community that spoke to one another about anything and everything had its benefits. Easily, Raven described the tasks that Carolina would have to perform if the open position was given to her. However, she posed a question of her own. She had every right to ask such thing and she was curious as to what Carolina's response would be. Leaning against the countertop she waited quite patiently for the response. Admitting that she was there that night to steal something of hers did bring her a bit of satisfaction in knowing that she and her mate were correct. Every patron was aware that there were certain levels within the ship that were off limits. It was common sense knowing and no one could say they didn't see the signs posted in those areas. There was only one person she knew that understood what the significance was about the medallion her mate wore. Knowing that Frost was the one that employed Carolina made her frown slightly. The mention of Nadya made her nod slowly, shrugging her shoulders some as she spoke softly.

"Of course I know Nadya. She was there with me when I caught you in our private quarters. She gave you the benefit of the doubt while my mate suggested we throw you overboard."

There was a brief small smile that tugged on her lips at the very thought of her mate and his silly desire to throw the snow-leopard overboard. He was always willing to find such ridiculous ways to punish someone. Raven wouldn't have allowed her deviant companion to ever do such a thing. Telling her off and making her leave the Ark, walking down the plank towards the dock would have been sufficient, and a much more humane thing to do. Raven did have sympathy for the woman. How many times did she ask her own kind for a second chance? Carolina didn't bring them any harm. She got caught and left. Carolina was right, she did not come back and try to steal the medallion again. Blue-grey eyes shifted towards her Alpha once more. Her voice would gently seep into his mind her tone soft as she plead her own case for Carolina.

"It was brave of her to speak the truth. If you agree to take her on I'll accept the responsibility should anything go wrong."

Her attention would focus back on Carolina. How many times did Raven bring in a stray into their fold? Regan came when she asked. Samantha came too. She was just the kind of person that was willing to help anyone she so thought deserved her help. Raven was quite sincere when she replied. She didn't know if Tetradore would accept her offer or not, but the lupine was willing to at least give her a bit of praise.

"I appreciate your honesty, and I'm willing to give you a shot. However, it's not my decision to make. My Alpha, Tetradore, is the one that makes the decisions around here."
