too wild for you

She continued to eye the downed lion, pacing on the other side of the ring. She wasn't worried about winning the crowd's favor or trying to make a bold final move. She wasn't willing to risk herself. She listened to the countdown, watching the lion the whole time in case he found some last reserve of strength and made a dive for her or something. But instead he only laid there, seemingly wore out and beat down. She almost felt bad for him. Then the buzzer went off and she jumped a little, glancing at the announcer who said she won. She blinked a few times, as if coming out of a daze, her body relaxing. The lion moved to the edge of the ring and she scowled at the blood trail he left as he made it out of the ring and toward the healer. Then she noticed a black shadow moving to the edge of the ring and she curled her lips, showing teeth in a grin as Tetradore held the ropes open for her to slip out of the ring. He told her congrats and she smirked. "Don't pretend you had any doubts." She teased as she followed him out of the ring. He mentioned something about a healer and she snorted and shook her head, sending a drop of clotted blood flying into the crowd.
"Scars don't scare me. It won't kill me." She shrugged. She eyed the with suspiciously. She was never a fan of taking stuff, especially when she had no clue what's was. Then he nodded toward the bar, saying she could have a free drink and and she pouted, her ears drooping. "Just one?" She tried to make her eyes sad before she smirked to let him know she was just joking. He seeemd to be checking on things as they walked. Finally he said she might enjoy her time here and that her fight was revealing. She lifted a brow. "Oh yeah? What did you learn?" She was curious what he really thought. Then he said she might get the fight she was wanting and she grinned in excitement. "Oh you will. Even if I have to jump you in your sleep." She waggled her eyebrows playfully, her tail wagging. After some time, he headed to the staircase and she had a feeling this is where she said good bye. He seemed determined to get his solitude. She watched him head up the stairs before she turned toward the bar. Closing her eyes, she concentrated until she felt the shifting of her bones. People around her made room, all too used to it as she finally stood up in her human form. Sighing, she grabbed some clothes that was offered to her, not caring that she was nude as she made her way to the bar. Now, it was time for that congratulatory drink.
