The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Noah's Ark
Syn
Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

That sudden slowing of the car readily saw his dark gaze flicker toward his companion once more in clear disdain for this far less excitable speed. That very glare Tetradore was afforded prompting the Alpha to gesture toward that gas station. That understanding so seeming to dawn within the lanky deviant before he eyed that gas gauge near critically. As if the gauge itself was the reason for such a displeasing stop. His own lanky form slid easily from the car to follow his companion toward that gas pump. Tobias content to watch that process with a decided curiosity, those numbers ticking over seeming to fascinate him in some fashion before that final click. The lanky deviant readily following Tetradore into that gas station then. His hands shoved deeply into his pockets with that insistence he already knew those rules about keeping them their unless Tetradore commanded otherwise. That conversation about the car between his companion and that attendant was all but ignored for now. Tobias instead plucking that map from upon the shelves only to place it on the counter in the fashion he'd been taught. This idea of so paying for things a decidedly new one in every sense. That map pushed back towards him with the insistence it was free. Any further comment he might well have made upon it abruptly ended by the attendant query on where they were headed. Tobias' gaze narrowing sharply before that demand they were going nowhere was all but shouted at the poor man. Tobias, for all his inability, hardly foolish enough to offer a stranger any of their plans- non-existent though they were. That further talk of water and miles was all but ignored by the deviant as he strode outside once more, his map (upside down and sideways) spread out across the front of the car as he eyed it near critically. His adoration for lines and patterns readily seeming to prompt that delight in eyeing it before Tetradore returned with that singular plastic bag dangling from his fingertips to turn that map around.
Tobias' own dark eyes readily fixated upon that line his companion pointed too, the one that represented the highway they currently rested upon. Tobias, it seemed, possessing at least some ability to both understand and read that map in a manner he could little else. His eyes readily following that road to the next town- one several hours away still. That sun already at its peak. That sudden insistence there was a hotel a shorter distance away prompting Tobias to eye that smaller road that. His head so suddenly nodded then before that map was lifted from the car and folded back into some semblance of a rectangle only to be shoved within the back pocket off his jeans. Tobias content to settle within that passengers seat once more before eagerly reaching for that bag Tetradore had brought.
"Tetra is....tired. We can...sleep until it....is....nearly dark again."
His head nodded that very insistence then. The boy so evidently displaying some awareness of his companions condition before he proceeded to rifle through that bag in search of those favoured snacks. The deviant content to munch on a bag of gummi bears as the pair set off once more. Tobias handing several of those bears to his companion each time Tetradore held his hand towards him for more. A part of the younger boy simply finding a....delight of sorts, in those hours spent upon the road with Tetradore alone without any other, without any pack, just the two of them as Tobias so tended to adore. That hotel proved to be another hour away in turn, Tobias eyeing that establishment with a decided wariness all the same. The other cars that dotted the parking lot nowhere near as fine as their own. The lanky deviant so evidently possessing some measure of doubt for its safety. This, after all, was not their territory as the West was. Tobias content to insist they parked away from any other car and within that place in the back lot that could hardly been seen from the road before demanding Tetradore lock it at least twice. The deviant testing those doors twice in turn before declaring himself satisfied enough to follow his companion into reception. His hands once more returned to his pockets. The man at reception eyeing them both now. "Do you want one bed or two? Ain't judging, just need to know." That very question so prompted little more than a near blank stare from Tobias. Tetradore left to deal with those matters of administration before the lanky leopard once more trailed after his companion to that assigned room on the second floor. That room utterly basic in every sense.
Tobias, for his part, was content to make further use of those snacks. The deviant seated cross-legged on his own bed, his attention upon that television as Tetradore all but collapsed into his. That sudden, steady breathing from his companion readily assuring him Tetradore was already asleep. Tobias content to watch that television for another hour or so before at last scrambling beneath his own blankets to embrace that sleep in turn. It was several hours later that the deviant finally woke, the last of those suns rays still clinging to the horizon and yet fading quickly. Tobias wiping at his eyes as his bare feet swung from the bed to press onto that carpet. Tetradore's steady breathing assuring him his companion was still very much asleep. His intention to wake the other man readily interrupted by...voices? Curiosity, it seemed, tugged readily at the deviant then. That shift overtaking his form readily. His animalistic senses, after all, were far superior to those duller, human capabilities. Tobias swiping a paw at the door only to slip silent out and onto that verandah, the Leopard content to follow it past those other rooms and to the end of the building to glance into the parking lot below. The scent of cat near overwhelming as his form crouched down near flat to peer between those rusted verandah rails at the car that had only just pulled up.
Three of those WereCats slid from inside that sleek black car. Tobias near capable of smelling that nervousness and agitation that clung to them. The scent of Risque equally as potent. His fur near bristling in response as his tail lashed behind him. His ears pricked forward all the same in some effort to catch their words. The trio lingering about the boot of that car before an argument on who should open it seemed to break out. One man gesturing to that all but faded sunlight, another claiming it was still to early. Tobias so hardly understanding that conversation, a sudden sound from inside that boot seeming to prompt all three men to stare at it in panic. That fear leeching off them near horrifically potent before one so finally reached forward to undo that lock. The hand that near rocketed from within that boot to seize the throat of the Were who'd opened it prompted that start of surprise from Tobias in turn. The Were man lifted from the ground by whoever was holding him, his limbs flailing uselessly as those two others shifted into the feline forms, a Snow Leopard whom scrambled beneath the car in some pursuit of safety and a Mountain Lion whom merely lowered himself to the earth obediently. That stench of vampire thick upon the wind.
That struggling man was suddenly thrown sideways as if he was no more than a rag doll. His own shift overtaking him then, leaving a Jaguar in its wake, this one taking up much the position of the Mountain Lion, one of near lowered subservience. A sudden flick of that vampires hand sending all three sprinting off in different directions. Tobias' own gaze lingering upon that vampire still as he so finally stepped around from behind that car- the boot slammed closed with enough force to shake the car itself. This....was not a vampire Tobias knew. His memory failing to identify this one and yet his scent was.....familiar, mingled thickly with Risques own. He was at least as tall as Tobias himself, though not as lean as the deviant boy, that vampires hair an inky black and decidedly disheveled from that ride in the boot of the car that had seemed to displease him intently. His fit figure lent easily against that sleek car, his fingers drumming against its polished surface, those black boots and jeans paired with that equally black shirt and jacket so prompting the vampire to blend easily with that darkness itself. Save for that single flash at the very top off his right ear. Tobias frowning at the sight of that piercing. The deviant sure earrings were not normally worn so high in the ear. This vampire possessing several of those same piercings down the outside of that ear alone.
Tobias' own figure remained readily crouched, where those cats had gone he hardly knew. That snow leopard so suddenly sprinting back across the front parking lot, lowering itself to its belly once more as he all but crawled toward the vampires feet. Whatever communication so passed between the pair prompting that previously relaxed vampire to scowl- that displeasure fleeting and nearly imperceptible on his otherwise youthful features. The Snow Leopard evidently fooled into believing his Master unperturbed by that news. Only for the vampire to suddenly and abruptly aim that kick at the poor creatures side. The sound of that impact prompted Tobias to wince in turn before the leopard scrambled back beneath the car. That vampires accented voice so suddenly echoing. "They are fucking here. You know how I know? Do ya want to know how I fucking know?" Tobias suspected that cowering snow leopard hidden beneath the car did not want to know. The vampire lifting one hand to suddenly and abruptly point towards Tobias himself on the verandah. "Because Tetradore's little Guard Kitty has been watching us since we got here." That vampire so suddenly and abruptly turned his head towards Tobias then. The boy so briefly afforded a glimpse of both the man's eyes and those fangs that shone in the darkness with that grin. "Here Kitty, kitty."
The lanky leopard all but launched back across that verandah then, his paws skidding upon that surface as he barrelled through that hotel door to scramble onto Tetradore's bed. Tobias shifting once more near mid-air to bring his human form crashing down upon his Alpha. His hands frantically shaking at Tetradore's shoulder to shake the man into wakefulness that panic upon his features surely clear.
"Tetra! Tetra! Have...have...have to go!...Now!"
Those car keys were all but thrown into Tetradore's hands. That desperation so prompting the boys words to stumble more then usual. Tobias near bolting for that door- only to spy the Mountain Lion charging along that verandah and towards them. The lanky deviant so suddenly slamming that door, that lock barely flicking across before the cat slammed furiously into it. Tobias eyeing that bathroom window then. That door hardly likely to hold for terribly long. The frantic snarling and clawing so suddenly an abruptly halted. Silence echoing across that room. Tobias glancing near warily towards Tetradore once more. The deviant slinking ever so slightly forward to peer out the corner of that hotel window. The vampire standing in front of that motel now. Something held within his right hand tossed up and down. Tobias' words almost whispered.
"Who....is that? I do not....know that...one. What is...wrong with....his eyes?"
Darcy, it seemed, had been away in those months Tobias himself had been held within Risque's care and yet his scent had lingered within Syn all the same. The lanky leopard so evidently having failed to meet any being with heterochromia before. That blue right eye and green left eye of the vampire all but baffling to his mind. Darcy's baritone voice ringing across that space then. "What's wrong, Tetradore? You don't want to come out and say hello? I haven't seen ya in a few years. I just wanna to catch up. Bring your friend. We can have a party, mate. You ain't comin'? Alright then, alright, I ain't gunna rush ya. Let's play a game. Eenie meenie miney mo, catch a tiger by the toe, if he squeals let him go, eenie meenie miney....mo." Whatever was within Darcy's hand was hurled suddenly toward that very window Tobias stood beside. That brick sending glass flying and missing Tobias himself by mere inches as it tumbled across the carpet. Another brick already in Darcy's hand.
That vampire, it seemed, so clearly knew Tetradore. Tobias hardly inclined to stay any longer, the boy pivoting in place to point at that already open bathroom window. Tobias racing across that room to vault onto the sink and up to that window. His lanky frame readily scrambling through it. That Mountain Lion slamming at the door once more. Tobias so imploring Tetradore to hurry as his own figure dropped down onto that fire escape. His hands reached easily upward then to all but pull Tetradore through that window in turn. His unfortunate companion barely having toppled onto that fire escape before Tobias leapt down those stairs, waiting only so long as it took Tetradore to be beside him before the pair were so surely forced to sprint for that car. Darcy strolling into that back parking lot several seconds later. The vampire seeming oddly....unconcerned with them reaching their car. All three of those cats racing into view and towards them then. Tobias all but catapulting into that passenger seat the moment the car was open.
"Tetra! Drive!"
Darcy was strolling towards them in turn. The vampire hardly seeming rushed in any sense. That calm upon him almost disconcerting as Tobias scowled. His eyes narrowed upon the man as that car kicked into life. "Aww, come off it Tetra. You think you can outrun me in that? Dun be a damn fool. You ain't fast enough. You already in the shit for this stunt boy. Dun be makin' it worse." Tetradore, it seemed was uninclined to heed that warning. That car all but flying out of that parking lot just in time to miss those lunging cats. Darcy merely folding his arms across his chest as he watched that car fly back onto the highway. Why his beloved Risque so adored that Man-Cat he hardly knew. Why did Tetradore gain so much off her favour? Her attention? Her affections? How it displeased him when he so craved those very things for himself and yet- how she would reward him for bringing him back. Perhaps he might even gain a few moments alone with her, just the two of them, as it so often was in his imagination. How alluring she was. Her voice, her face, her utter perfection. His thoughts interrupted so rudely by one of those fecking cats. His mismatched gaze falling onto one of those creatures who'd returned to his human form. "There's a problem with the car, Darcy. We can't get it to start..." Someone was helping Tetradore? How....inconvenient. His gaze turned readily back toward their own car. He hardly had time to search for an accomplice now. His hand merely waved through those shadows, watching them shift and contort and change into that gleaming black motorcycle. His leg thrown effortlessly over it, one hand pushing the dark hair from his eyes. That shadow bike roaring to life.
"Fix the car and follow behind. They won't get far. I'm about to rain on your parade, Tetty Boy."
