The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

She hated that the girl looked scared to death when she saw Alexis with her Jason mask and knife. At least once she lifted the mask and talked to the girl, she seemed to brighten up, saying she was a snow leopard. Alexis smiled. "And a very pretty snow leopard, at that." The girl introduced herself as Maeve and she held out her hand. "Then it's a pleasure to meet you, Maeve. I'm Alexis." She noted that Maeve didn't want to look at Henry, not that she blamed her. That's probably more skin on a man than she's ever seen before. Leave it to Henry to scar little children on Halloween. When Maeve asked if she wanted to help, Alexis grinned and nodded. "Of course. Where do you need me?" She saluted her indulgingly.
When she heard someone else, she turned to see the other wolf who seemed close to Tetradore. She was dressed like WonderWoman in all her glory. Alexis smiled. She was very pretty. She smirked when the woman said that she was here to bring justice. She was fully into character, it would seem. Then the woman complimented Maeve. As Alexis asked about Tetradore, the woman leaned against a table and said he was a brooding WerePanther. Alexis snorted and nodded. "Yeah, I guess I can see that." Then the woman asked how she could help and Alexis glanced at Raven and the others. She had no idea what was left to be done. Tetradore teased right back to the woman's comment and Alexis smirked between them. She listened as Tetradore called the woman Mira. Had she heard her name before? If so, she might have forgotten but now she put it to memory.
She noted that Tetradore corrected himself when he almost cursed in front of Maeve. It was touching. When he told Alexis that Maeve needed help, she smiled and nodded. "On it." She turned to Maeve. Tobias asked about her knife and she shook her head. "Um, nope, not at all. See?" She made the knife disappear as if to prove her point. She hardly wanted Tobias trying to take it or something if he found out it could actually draw blood. When Tobias put a hat on Tetradore's head and pronounced him a Merry Man, she couldn't help but laugh. It seemed Raven was going to let Tobias know that her knife was real anyway, but she readily went along with the explanation, shaking her head in agreement. "Nope, just for show." As Raven bumped her shoulder, she smiled and turned to walk with her.
She listened as Raven told her she could hang the bats. She furrowed her brows in question as Raven told her not to move too much. Before she knew it, she was levitating. She couldn't help but grin. This was fun! She never thought she'd be able to fly. She moved toward the rafter and turned her head as something was moving in the corner of her eye. Seeing a bat, she reached out for it and happily hung it on the rafter, repeating as needed as Raven moved her along the rafters.
